The Product is not working in its current state. When you try to setup the plugin you will get a message to install some required plugins. The Problem is that one of these Plugins is no longer available on Wordpress and it can’t get installed directly. I downloaded the Plugin JWT Auth on Github and installed it on my own, which is actually an impertinence since it is not mentioned anywhere and I had to take care of a problem solution myself. But furthermore the Plugin on Github is Broke it has Coding Issues so the activation is failing. This product is incomplete and will not be updated or customized. Before leaving this rating I contacted the author through his ticket system. Unfortunately, I have not received a response for over 24 hours. I can not advise anyone to buy this product and will contact Code Canyon and Paypal.

We used to provide 2 plugins in the old versions of ChaSupport, one for the reset API and other for the front app which can be installed anywhere however many customers didn’t know how to configure the plugin and we got many complains it’s too complicated to install the plugin so we merge both together.
We have good support for WooCommerce you can allow customers to create ticket if they have order only however the plugin must be installed on the same domain.
Plugin folder include src folder which had all the React js source code we also provide the package.json file and webpack.config.js file, Also you can find the api folder which is the source code for plugin Reset API.

so, its not possible to get cross domain validation with your current version? as for as woocomerce order validation woocomerce has own rest api, so is there chance to pull data from our product store via woocomerce api and validate order on sub-domain using your plugin by modifying validation method/function?

ChaSupport is fully restful which mean you can use It as micro service provider and yes we support cross domain, However please note this depends on your host configuration and require more than shared host or cpanel server.

i have tested your demo site and found same issue we found in fast plugin,
1 – there is ordering issue, last responded ticket show appear right after tickets needs response,
2 – response time should not change if user added multiple responses, let say a user responded to a ticket 5 days ago then he/she added new repose 2 days ago, it should not show last response time instead it should be 5 days so we can handle tickets as per queue, otherwise it would change the ticket position in queue.
Can I use this plugin with Woocommerce and make it use the same user login from Woocommerce.

The plugin is not working after I download and test it. It’s not that I don’t want it after I download it.
