i find the plugin really good and interesting, only unfortunately i am missing the option: i would like that instead of the instructor name an instructor image (in mini format) should be displayed in the list views. is this a planned further development step or can it be easily changed by myself?

It is possible to add it by yourself with custom fields. We explain in the developers documentation chapter where you can make such changes: https://curlythemes.com/support/docs/events-schedule-wp-plugin/#developers-documentation You can use the ACF plugin to create a custom field for the instructor image and then add it directly in the PHP template of the schedule style you want to use. Hello. How does the action button function work? It does not seem to appear anywhere after entering button label, choosing action and entering custom url. I have some presale questions.
Right now I need a Woocommerce friendly plugin following this process : 1. The user sets a day / time on a calendar regarding to available days of the current month (possibility to prevent to choose some days from the backoffice). 2. If he cannot set the time, another form should be available in the process for that. 3. Possibility to specify some custom fields (ie : number of people participating, âge, etc.). Do I need other adding plugin for that ? 4. The user validates his registration. 5. The plugin checks automatically if there is enough place available for that day. 6. If not, then the user is lead back to choose another date. 7. If yes then the user is requested to pay, regarding to the methods of payment that have been set from Woocommerce. 8. Once the payment is validated by the system, then the customer recieve his QR code / voucher by email (or may be by SMS ?)
Is it possible to set all of that with your plugin, without making an extra coding ? Of course if I need some other plugins to integrate with yours for this process, please let me know it.

From your description, it sounds like you are looking for an appointments plugin, not an events scheduler. You can try a workaround, to use our Events Schedule for this, but you will have to manually create an event for each of your available time slots. We recommend looking for an appointments solution, like Bookly. All the best.
Hello, is there a way to prevent overbooking? Seems like after users have added the tickets into the cart, they can checkout even if others have checked out first and it is already full.

By default, overbooking should not be possible. Please check if there are any errors with payment processing, which might affect the total capacity. If you open a ticket with WP login info on our support platform, we can investigate this issue further. All the best.
There is no issue when adding to cart, we cant add more than the capacity. Issue is during checking out (offline payment). I guess it does not recheck inventory when checking out?
So is this happening only when clients are simultaneously adding tickets in the cart and the tickets get sold out while they are completing the checkout process? The feature in WooCommerce whereby an item is held in the cart and visitor can checkout later. But if the item is out of stock it will get auto removed from the cart when they try to checkout at a later time. I think this feature is not in this plugin for the booking? A solution from a similar booking plugin, the booking process still completes but it does not book another spot (auto removed when full) and it prevents overbooking.

Is it possible to show just the start time? Is it possible to delete the Column with duration? Is it possible to show more organizers for example 3 or 4 than just one? Is it possible to add a link to the organizer name so that you can click directly to the organizer website?

Yes, you can hide ending time and duration with the options in the schedule builder. You can add as many organizers as you want and assign a URL to each one, which visitors open when clicking on their name in the schedule. All the best.

Hello, pre-sale question – we’re Fitness center and want to use your plugin.
1) We have 3 fitness classes. When user will register for Fitness (in our office), we want to book their visit to our center (via your plugin). Each fitness classes has their special time. Registration for each class will be open before 1 hrs of workout. For example, if you want to train for A-class, and this class is available at 3PM, registration for this will open at 2PM (you have 1 hr for booking this class). How is it possible with your plugin (+addons)
2) We’re woocommerce based, so is it possible to use your plugin where booking payment is via Woocommerce (with any woo payment gateways). Also is there option to pay local? You book but pay at office, local.

The plugin is compatible with 99% of WP themes, it should work fine with your theme. Since our booking is through WooCommerce and we use the default checkout, you can use any payment method you set up in WooCommerce. We do not have an option to stop selling the ticket before the class starts, we do intend to add one in the future. All the best.

For styles with a date format field, you can just add it in the date display. For this style, which has a default date format, you would need to add it in the template file. Still, it’s not a complicated change, basically adding one character in the date format code in the file. All the best.

We’re having an issue with custom repeated events where, once all the showings have finished, the event will still show in the schedule but shows there’s one at midnight on whatever day it is you’re on the website, or will sometimes disappear initially and then pop up again randomly if the event isn’t removed completely.

I’m currently creating a cafe website and I need a food menu plugin that displays the menu for the current day, plus next days of the week and the visitor can navigate with the arrows in the side.
Just like in this one: https://aprimavera.pt/ in the “Ementa” section.
This one allows the users (cafe owners) to insert the weekly menu (it’s different every day) separated by days of the week.
It’s a simple list, no reservation, no price, no purchase. It’s just need to be connect with some kind of calendar.
And before purchasing, I would like to know if your plugin meets these expectations.

Our plugin is built for scheduling events, so we do not have a style perfect for food menu. Still, if you use a style like Monthly Calendar: https://demo.curlythemes.com/timetable-wordpress-plugin/examples/monthly-calendar/ you can create one event for each day and add the menu for the day in the excerpt. Hi, i have the latest Avada theme installed. If I click on a single event, the whole page becomes blurred.
I see another buyer’s having the same problem. I think there is a bug between the plugin and the theme.
When I change the theme everything works fine. Everything is up to date on my side.

Just quick question before I buy. I’m concerned that the monthly calendar demo might not look great in a sidebar. I noticed this KB guide for a different events calendar (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/calendar-widget-overflows-the-sidebar/) and I was just wondering if there’s something similar you could provide here to ensure that your plugin doesn’t have padding when placed in a sidebar.

The calendar should look fine in a sidebar, if the content area is not very narrow. As long as there is enough space for the calendar element, it should look fine by default. We can help you adjust padding through CSS if it is the case. All the best.
