Could you please let me know why “Use GEO IP to show Popup only for EU” isn’t working for me?
Before activating this option the plugin worked just fine but now when I activated this option it’s not working. I checked it from the EU IP and the pop up is not showing at all.

I wanted to know if your plugin registers consents during the purchase phase (terms and conditions) of woocoommerce for unregistered customers
This data is saved in the consent log per user.
But what if the user is not registered? But is this external to your plugin?

Good morning, the recent cookie policy that will be valid in europe from 10 January indicates that the consent to cookies must be saved in a register, even of visitors who are not logged in, through their ip, but in this plugin I only find the saving of cookie authorizations only people logged in. We bought your product for our clients. One of them want to migrate for an other solution so we deactivate and delete your plugin. Is it enough to empty all data? Another question (we only have Google Analytics as a cookie for this client), if a visitor has chosen to refuse cookies. By deleting your plugin, will its refusal of cookies still be remembered or will Google Analytics be able to track it again? If the cookie is still stored for our visitors, is there a way to delete or reset it?

Hi, I’ve set up the plugin on my site, in the settings both “Allow all Cookies for all users visiting first time”, “Allow all Cookies for users continue visiting your site” and the Google Analytics service is set “Enabled by default” The Google Analytics script don’t get activated unless the Accept or Accept all buttons get clicked by the user. Can you give me any info on this behavior?

The recaptcha plugin that was integrated with has been abandoned (see https://wordpress.org/plugins/invisible-recaptcha/#reviews). Can you please add a different integration in the next update?

I disabled it as soon as I saw it was abandoned so I can’t tell if it’s throwing any errors. I saw people complaining in the reviews of the plugin. Usually abandoned plugins are best avoided. I am assuming there are updated alternatives that can be integrated?
It is not abandoned and does still work flawless. Please test it.
I’m sorry, I was unclear. The captcha plugin wasn’t updated for more than 2 years. When a plugin is not updated for that long it is often said it is abandoned. It is better to use a captcha plugin that is still being updated.

Hi support, I’m testing your plugin but I can’t find a way to use the popup close butto (X) as a refuse button. Here in Italy is requested that the close button is equal to a guest choice of use only necessary coockie. So, when clicked, the banner has to disappear blocking all unnecessary cookies.
Is there a way to do this? If not, it’s a feature that you can add (as a configuration option)? Thank you.
Are you really sure this is legal due to GDPR law? Right now a close icon is not an indicator to reject all cookies.
Absolutely sure; this is the point in the guidelines where they talk about it: the warning that closing the banner by selecting the appropriate command marked by the X placed inside it, at the top right, entails the persistence of the default settings and therefore the continuation of navigation in the absence of cookies or other different tracking tools from the technical ones;
