Email forwarding should be setup via your email provider.
How can I integrate with Google Analytics to track the event button?

The documentation is accessible to everyone. We removed the GA page because of some compatibility issues. You can use JS code in the success message. I’d recommend trying that.

I have a pre-sale questions:
1. Export to Excel: is it possible to select several entries at once, which will be saved in one Excel sheet during export, and not as separate files? Are they combined into one Excel sheet (.xls, .xlsx) for mass processing?
2. Does exporting data to excel file support UTF-8 format? I care about handling Polish characters.
3. Data deletion: is it possible to select several entries at once to massively delete them? Is it possible to set up automatic deletion of entries from the database after a specified period of time?
4. Is there an integration with Google Docs or Office 365 so that it can automatically update the entered data in the cloud sheet (online).
5. Do you support PHP 8 or 8.1? If not, if and when do you plan to add support for this version of PHP.

I am using this form along with stripe addon. I need to pass email_receipt as a parameter while making a payment. Help me out with this please. forcraft only have 3 fixed parameter
Sorry we don’t have support for this at the moment. We will note this as feedback
Consider this as a major feedback. When custom is filling a form and make payment from the same form they expect payment receipt as well for that stripe ask to pass email_receipt as a parameter to send email receipt automatically. Or you need to add a feature on your formcraft to push multiple emails upon form submission.

When using the FormCraft Mailster Add-On plugin on several forms connected to the Mailster database, if a user uses several of the forms with the same email, delete the data from the existing fields and leave only the new ones in the mailster database.
What can we do so that this does not happen and the existing data in the Mailster database is not deleted?

Dusted off my FormCraft subscriptions so as to integrate one into a DIVI website. Apparently FormCraft is not compatible with DIVI. I though that a Conditional Logic function where I use a dropdown answer to trigger the display of the “Submit” button was the issue, but without Conditional Login enabled, still no Submit button.
Overall this email form has worked for me well, but now I remember why they have been sitting in “storage”. I am all-in with DIVI.

We aren’t aware of a core FormCraft issue with Divi. This might be a small glitch somewhere. I don’t know if your support period is still active.

Hi, I’ve been using the plugin for some time. We noticed that our forms can’t submit on mobile phones. We tested with various Os’ and browsers. When we press on submit, nothing happens. All is good on desktop though.
We have an error in the console saying : Failed to load resource : /lib/awesomeplete.min.js.map
Could that have an incidence on my it is not sending? We are using the latest version of the plugin.

The emails are sent by Mailster. I’d recommend looking up their settings page to edit the email content.
