Hi, I have 3 problems after i install the latest version from this website 1, when customer view point log it direct to a wrong url which can not display. the url should be https://mywebsite.com/?page_id=8&view-log=2 but it direct to https://mywebsite.com/?page_id=8view-log/2 2, the referral link doesn’t work, when i paste invite link in address bar it direct me to home page without register page. so inviter can not got point. 3, if $10 can get 1 point then $14 can get only 1 point but it gives 2 points. how can i set it? thanks.

For a next update you could place a translation for the following terms: ‘Conversion Rate: ’ and ‘Cart Discount’

Both are in the file: class-mwb-wpr-front-end

To solve the term: ‘Conversion Rate: ‘

You just have to increase the part after the comma in the following line

esc_attr_e (‘Conversion Rate:’, ‘woocommerce-ultimate-points-and-rewards’);

For the other term ( ‘Cart Discount’ ) it can be more complex, thanks for your help.

Hi, pre sales question, is the points balance a field in the user database that be exported?

I use Zapier (which used the REST API) and admin columns to be able to export the user database to match up customers for marketing purposes. Having the accurate points balance in that database is key for good decisions!

I see in another comment that your plugin allows for importing points balances, but I don’t see anything about exporting?

I’m looking for a solution like this. But, I only see percentages on discount. I need a loyalty program that allows the customer to build say 750 points and get $75 off next purchase, and then reset. Does this work?

After the update of plugin when enter the verification code it verify my purchase but does not do anything at all. And the referral link is gone in previous update. I have a busy website almost more then 10K views per day i just give them access they broke the header and footer. and say no one done that and not agreed what they do to my website my header menu is turn off my footer 2nd and 3rd colm is removed and deleted. Its really take time to get things fixed Unprofessional not ask me if they want to do it if necessary. I payed to developer to fix it now really frustrated.

Hi, I bought your plugin and wasn’t able to use before because a curl error, I want to try with the last version after a major update on my website, it brings me to purchase code page. I entered my purchase code with successfully verified and it still stay on the same page. It’s impossible to access the setting page. I tried on staging site, it works and don’t even ask me to enter my purchase code. What’s the problem?? Do I have to clear something in option.php tables or something else to make it works? Thanks

I take the link from my account page and i send it to a friend. When he open the link goes to the home page. Who he must know what happened in order to get the points? Hello, I am using woocommerce subscription with a subscription switching option. The card subtotal will be calculated based on prorate value during the upgrade. Most of the time the required points include decimal numbers. For eg: Customer Cart subtotal is 18$ and required point is 147.3 points (prorate). Ultimate points and reward system only allows to use 147 points. Which mean it doesn’t support decimal numbers like .3. I tried all the ways to make it work. Please help. THANK YOU.
