The copy paste function on copying from one page to another page does not work any more. I am using clipboard version 5.0.2 and Bakery version 6.7. Please advise?

We are not able to reproduce this with latest version of Chrome on Windows (97.0.4692.71) but still it looks like some browser issue. You can try to update Chrome, clear browser cache and disable browser add-ons. Also, make sure that both pages are on the same site (same domain).

It appears that in WPBakery Page Builder 6.8.0, the WPBakery Page Builder Clipboard isn’t working properly for me. When I’m in backend editor mode, I no longer see the cut/copy/paste options when hovering over a row or column. I can still see them in front-end mode, however.
Any ideas?

The plugin is not working anymore. I think after updating wp bakery plugin. The copy-option are not shown anymore, when I hover my mouse over an item. Version numbers: - WP Bakery : 6.7.0. - WP Bakery Clipboard : 4.5.5. Is this a know issue?

Hi, this could be related to some JS error (caused by theme or some other plugin). Please check browser console for JS errors. You may also try to reinstall our plugin and clear browser cache.

Actually I am facing one issue. When I am using ACF bridge plugin with the WP Bakery and add the Extra Class name on that then will will automatically shows null(This page field:null) value every time. Regarding Cut/Cut+ you may try to clear browser private data and reinstall the plugin. Please let us know if that helped.
ok i see the background color from the buttons are missing thats the reason why i don`t see it. I fixed it in my css. now i see the buttons.

The plugin simply wont copy items from one page to another. It used to function like this however its not working as it should..
I cant copy rows or columns to a new page.. its basically useless in its current form if you want o move elements from one page to another.
It seems the error is on safari.. other browsers work fine..

Hi, please check again, you should get zip archive which is installable. Please try to install downloaded zip archive. You are correct about options, currently both options are identical because that was causing much confusion (installable vs. non-installable) – now they are both installable and they contain same files).

This is very strange because in the meantime we were able to successfully download zip file several times. Also, other users were able to download zip file. The name of the downloaded zip file should look like this: codecanyon-OVEhYa6r-visual-composer-clipboard-wordpress-plugin.zip

Hello, I have a problem with your plugin.
When I installed and activated it, copy / paste does not work in language versions.
On the site, I use the Polylang plugin for pages in various languages.
If I copy something on the Slovak page and want to paste it into the English page, it shows me on the English page that there is nothing in memory.

I have just bought your plugin. Tried to install it and work with import/export of page content from one website to another. I have 2 major problems:
1. All I see is never ending “Pasting, please wait…”. I left it for half an hour just to see if will it move, but nothing..
2. Also, I wanted to import and then export whole page content but there is no option for that. I have to go manually through all rows and blocks, but also I cannot combine rows and sections. Not sure how to take one page layout and copy it to another page. There is nothing in the documentation that would help me with it..
What are my options? Do you offer moneyback guarantee?

1. This might be caused by some JS error – check browser console for JS errors (including those generated by some other plugin(s) and/or theme). Also, it is possible that you are using some using non-standard content elements.
2. There is no such option (yet) because it should be easy enough to simply switch to classic mode and copy-paste whole content as text.
