Hi, Why it always happen that whenever a user share the link of the photo to any social media, and when they tap the link, sometimes it says that “Someone already voted on this IP (number) . This is the 3rd contest we have but somehow this error happens repeatedly.

Before I buy, can we make users vote once for free and buy additional votes?

We aim to have a fair voting system. How can we identify if a user, using a method to gain votes? what if they uses VPN? or any other way to gain votes. as mentioned it is based on IP then vpn does changing IP. Please let me know about such possibility of fraud.

I have problem with IP address (I use Cloudlfare): all the IP address of voters are the same. It’s possible to disable IP address block for the users? Please let me know.

can a second textarea be used? I would like to use this plugin for one photo stream and on another page of the same website I would like to use this for a recipe stream. For that I need an ingredient and a preparation textarea. I like that people can comment, not just like/rate that’s why I would like to use this plugin for both purposes.

Can I set max. rating to one star? So it’s rather a like than a rating.

And I would have to use besides category three custom taxonomies. Does it support custom taxonomies?

But there’s one thing, we have the gallery in the middle of the page, and the problem is that if you click in the home for example, the URL adds ”?contest=gallery” but doesn’t do the autoscroll to the galerry, so the user must scroll manually. There’s any way to configure an autoscroll?

I have several categories set in a contest, but when I go to the gallery, select a category, click the first image then cycle through the next one. It would only cycle based on when it was uploaded not based on the category I selected, does that make sense? Any idea why it is doing that?

The server has an upload limit of 2MB, and each time someone tries to upload something larger, the (German) error message is “Die minimale Bildbreite beträgt 350 Pixel” which means “the image width needs to be at least 350 pixels” – which does not make sense and confuses the user.
