You can allow access restriction for the particular product based on member having membership plan but unfortunately it will not possible to set restriction for product variations.

Is it possible to change users role if they don’t pay the monthly subscription? or is there a hook that can be used to identify when that happens?

Regarding change the user role when member does not make payment for next recurring payment, this happen then the member payment will be failed and you can use ARMember available hook like “arm_user_plan_status_action_failed_payment” according to your requirements. Hello, i have two questions:
1. How can i set up an automatic email notification, which will be sent right after a customer complete an order, if he choose bank transfer as a payment method (BEFORE payment)? I tried to set it up, but email notification was sent to him only if i approved his order as paid.
2. How can i translate Profile menu (My profile, Edit profile, My watchlist…)? They are not listed In Appearence/Menu/Additional Profile Menu Items. Also i have problem to translate Payment method – Bank transfer (in invoice template tag is always in english). I translated almost everything except of that.

For example:
I want to create a membership plan or subscription with subsite creation access (member can create a subsite) and manually assign it to a user.
Then create a subsite and manually assign it to the same user.
In other words, I want to be able to create both the membership plan (subscription) and subsite for users from the admin backend, without them doing anything.
Can this be done?

I got the plugin via vayvo theme expired but this is very urgent. After the last update, coupon codes do not work with stripe payments. We’ve just announced a black friday sale, and the coupon just won’t work. It is applied on the website and shows the discounted amount in the payment page, hoewever, the API sends the full amount (without the discount – we’ve checked the logs) to stripe. It works with paypal so it’s related to the stripe api. We’re using SCA method as we’re in the UK.
I’ve downgraded to the 4.5 version and the coupon codes work now. This is a bug that needs to be fixed.

Hello, thanks for a great plugin. There is one issue, however. is it possible to “lock” the invoice after successful payment? Perhaps exporting it as a pdf file? Now, if the user edits his VAT or name, old invoices change and show new information. This could cause legal problems. Thank you, David

For the existing payment invoice, invoice number will not change automatically. But ARMember does provide a PDF creator addon which allow admin and member to view/download invoice as PDf file.

Presales question: I’m developing a new website for medical professionals where ALL content can only be viewed if the user is logged in and preapproved.
Is this the plugin for me? All content would be free, so no payment tiers are needed.
I’d like a login popup box or page to be locked in place blocking the content until a user is logged in.

ARMember does provide a facility to block the content for the non logged in users and you can also add a login popup form. So you can achieve this using ARMember plugin.

Hello, I have recurring Stripe payments integrated. All is working, however after submitting payment no message to the user is shown and instead the page just refreshes. The order does successfully happen, but there is no alert letting the user know. What would cause this? Is it supposed to be a small modal popup, or note, or is the form supposed to take the user to a thank you page?
