To all my friends here waiting for replies from the support team for tickets sent in the last few days.. welcome to the waiting club! There are those of us here, myself included, that have been waiting for the past 2 weeks or more without any reply other than a short message that it has been forwarded to the technical team. In the meantime, the customer base has grown impressively. One can understand that this author has been bombarded with support requests and is under tremendous pressure to release a new version, but not letting anyone know the status and being insensitive to customers is quite astonishing indeed. I am no one to suggest what requests people should raise, but, kindly be reasonable and avoid esoteric, nice to have feature requests. That simply delays critical updates for the rest of us, muddles up priorities and those who raise myriad requests, are likely to get their demanded features loaded with bugs. You can read up other posts above on these pages to know the real situation. Many are waiting for the payment gateway for months now. The first priority for any good software is to have a fully working version with nearly zero bugs. The author is far from reaching that goal. Full appreciation for a nicely done software is in order but that’s only half the job.. The other half is to be able to support customers in a timely manner with passion. Dear NearCraft, it is about time you give us all an update, even by your recent standards!

Sorry to have sounded harsh.. in the absence of any other information, sometimes, we have say things only based on what we see. Customer care is all about being sensitive and being transparent. All you need to do is let everyone know the status.. good, bad or ugly doesn’t matter as long as you’re doing the best you can. Now that you say there is going to be a update this month, I’m sure everyone understands when to expect it. Best wishes!

We are always waiting for you. We have been waiting for the full version of the software for months. The translations are not complete, even if we translate the content, the page titles do not convert. There are many regions that we cannot fully translate in Turkish, so we cannot even use it. I don’t understand why you can’t help with the issue and it’s taking so long. It’s as if you’re not sitting around on a daily basis and doing this as a hobby.

I’m so tired of waiting anymore. Please fix all the deficiencies related to translation, make it possible for me to translate, at least I will open the site for people to use. I submitted a ticket about this, you said that you will solve the translation problems in the next update, but there is still no solution. I want to be able to translate all the text I see on the site. Page titles included!

We bought it, 6 months of support period, 3 months left. During this time, I cannot activate the site. Users are waiting for news, but I cannot share information with them because there is no news from you. If the full version is out and we are no longer dependent on you.

Hi, Your application seems great, are you planning to add: 1. code /programming based questions 2. Certificate for users who have completed 3. Tracking the behavior of user during exam, so that no body cheats by tab or other key such copy paste etc…

Greetings Guys, this is upsetting, I sent you an email with my purchased Code, my database log in, you reviewed the request and told me an agent would respond within 48 hours. In about 16 hours you responded to request my cpanel log in. Why could you not indicate this when you initially responded. Now I have to wait another 18 hours????!!!!!

Very poor planning guys. Now you removed all the dates from your roadmap. I think this product is not your priority.

I just found that you are facing some unauthorized site download issue and you want to implement the Licensing to prevent it. Hence the delay in releasing the next version. That’s understandable. Thanks for sharing those details. I think that helped me to continue trusting you guys. I will continue waiting for the next version. Please expedite :grin:
