Hello dear team! solway.ge – this is our site – when user register our site (they are Subscriber user role) in their profile page is now showing B2B settings. This settings only shows in Customer user role.

Hi d3signz, how are you? I hope so! WooCommerce B2B has a quotation system, which does not work on the single product but works as a real payment method. The customer inserts the products he wants in the cart and during checkout he can choose “Quotation request” among the payment methods. The order will be marked as “On quote” and the admin will be able to modify and transform it to allow the customer to pay for it. Here is a graphic (extracted from the description page of the plugin) that explains the flow:

Hi! Presale questions: - can i set up a product visibility for each products instead of product categories visibilty? I want to allow all users to access all categories, but inside every categories decide to show only certains products of for the users of group A, some other products of the same category only for the users of group B, etc. - Can I set up a different discount percentage dedicated to every users groups, to product categories instead to users group? I need to set up that for the product category A there is a 5% discount for users of group A, 8% discount for users of group B, etc… for the product category B there is a 7% discount for users of group A, 10% discount for users of group B, etc…

Visibility can only be managed by category, not by single product. However, you can decide to hide the price for each individual product based on the group.
The percentage prices apply only to entire groups, while on the single product you can set the final price for each group.

nice plugin i hope i will purchase soon. However i have some presale question for some workflows that is not clear to me from the demo/documentation.
I have a B2C and we want to add a B2B in the same site. As i saw from the demo/documentation when someone try to register it has an option for group select. We will have two groups , b2c customers and b2b customs. B2c customers will continuous as it is. However for b2b customers , we want to approval the b2b customer from admin before can register as b2b , only the b2b not the b2c customers , is this possible? Is it possible only for b2b customers to show extra fields when go to registered ? For example b2c has e-mail/username and password , can we have more fields when a user chose b2b option , like vat number , company name etc.?

In your case, I would suggest not to set the “Default group” option to “Allow to choose”, but rather to create a separate registration form dedicated to the B2B group, thanks to the shortcode provided by WooCommerce B2B “wcb2b_login_form”.
Next, take a look at the “wcb2b_extend_registration_form_b2b_only” hook in the documentation, which allows you to insert extended fields in the registration form only for forms dedicated to B2B.

Hi, Very interesting plugin and probably going to get it soon. However, I have two feature requests, so I can delete a subscription for a different plugin.
1) Being able to make a login profile for members, so they can see previous orders and reorder. 2) Being able to collapse the “WooCommerce B2B” when at single products and variations. Annoying I’d have to scroll past the this plugin every time I have to fill in product stock, weight, shipping class etc. when I have more than 40 products in each of my categories.
This 2) would be an absolute top Quality of Life feature for me. I’m so tired of scrolling my finger hurts. Thanks!

You are probably trying to assign the group to a user who has no default “customer” role, if you want to extend the assignment to non-standard roles, take a look at the hook:

If I want a separate registration page for wholesale users, how would it work if they already have an account but as a regular customer? Would they be able to request their account gets upgrade and wait for approval? Also can I assign discounts to different product categories or can I price each item via a discount separately?

The form allows registration only if the user is not already registered, any “promotion” to a B2B customer must be requested and managed manually independently. Regarding prices, it is not possible to manage them by category, but by single product. In case of numerous products it is possible to bulk update using the predefined WooCommerce import / export tools. About approval, it’s a global option, so if enabled it affects all registrations.
