The directory page https://ecdefc897a.nxcli.net/larkspur-chamber-directory/ keeps on loading, looks like a JS issue, please fix it.

I bought your plugin Directory Pro 2 days ago and I have some problems to install/configure it properly.

1. it did not import via WP .zip file so I had to install it manually. I installed it locally.

2. it makes problems when entering new entries: – Contact info – Amenities/Tags – videos – Social Profiles – Additional Info – Opening Time – Awards cannot be clicked, opened and let alone edited. As soon as you click on it the page jumps back to the top.

3. do you have a more detailed description of how to properly set up your plugin, as what I have found so far including video tutorials are not very informative.

They describe the plugin on Envato as user friendly. 11 email templates are an html code where you first have to search the text you want to change and so some more.

48 hours for implementation is probably a bit understated.

I ask for assistance with the setup.

2) – Does the email also get sent to each individual businesses’ email address ?

3) – How do I PREVENT individual businesses from receiving the email messages, and have them ONLY sent to the Admin ?

the default sorting is title with ascending order, i can switch between asc and desc. i change to date sorting, no issue also, then when i switch back to title sorting, no respond or no change at all, please assist.

I’d like to display a portion of the about text instead of location and address in the listings/grid view. Like the [listing_layout_grid_left_filter] view for example. How would I go about doing that? I was hoping that would be an option in settings for the grid display.

I cannot figure out how to add custom fields to listings, for example

I want to add when im addding a listing,

with check boxes for

Alcohol , canibus heroin

The instructions are not very clear on how to do this.

We are having a huge problem. People who are not logged in cannot see any data in a listing like the about section or the contact info section. When I am logged in I can see everything. It was working a week ago, now it’s not. I’ve looked for plugin interference, but with all plugins deactivated it’s still a problem.

Hello, We are a nonprofit and are new to WordPress. We are trying to figure out how best to create a simple data-driven site we need, and we would appreciate your help in understanding whether the Directory Pro Plugin would meet our needs.

Background: All we need is a simple site with one directory type of page. It should look exactly like this https://changingthepresent.org/collections/george-washington-high-school-10002

There are 140k schools, each of which will have a page like that. We need each school page to have its own URL so schools can link directly to their page.

We do not need a way to search for the schools, as that will happen on a separate site.

Each of the “products” will be a student or a donation opportunity. Those pages will not be on the WP site. ALL the links on the school pages will go to a separate site. Student “products” have two links (profile and wish list, each on a separate site).

We may have as many as 2k “products” in some schools, and a total of 5M – 10M products. Of course, we need pagination and caching.

We do need the filtering by tag as you see on the left WITHIN a school (not site-wide), and we vastly prefer compound tags like that so we can group them.

Search within a school would be nice but not essential, so long as we can filter on the left and show alphabetized results.

The two forms at the bottom are just iframe embeds.

Questions: - Can we do the above-mentioned with the Directory Pro Plugin? - Do you let us add what I think is called Custom Post Types to accommodate the specific fields we need? - Do you recommend a specific theme? Again, we want it to look exactly like the page at that URL I cited. - How does it integrate with the MySQL database? - Do you provide tools to manage the connection to that database? - We want to be able to add new products on the fly as we add them. Can we do that with Google Sheets, Zapier, Integromat, or something? - Do you recommend a specific hosting company for this? 5 to 10M records and 500k to 2M visits per month?
