‘Embed Any Document Plus’ WordPress plugin lets you upload and display your documents on your website. But, it is not possible to embed videos, audio, etc.
You can use our other plugin Dropr(https://codecanyon.net/item/dropr-dropbox-plugin-for-wordpress/10497862) for achieving the same.

1. The Google Drive Connection issue – The plugin does not have any issue connecting with Google Drive. It’s working fine for all other customers who purchased a license from us. Otherwise, our review page would have been flooded with negative reviews.
You have to follow the step-by-step instructions provided to generate the keys from Google. We found that the API was configured incorrectly. We provided you with support to fix the issue. But you have decided not to use Google Drive. We offered you a refund because it was not working out for you.
2. You have opened a refund request during our holidays. Before we can take any action you have raised a dispute against it with Envato. Now it’s marked as a disputed request and it will be only processed by Envato after their enquiry which usually takes 1-3 weeks. We do not have any control over it.
We really do not wish to keep your money. But it’s not under our control now. You will soon get a response from Envato Support Team and we will also push from our side to get your refund as soon as possible.
Please note that – We are not liars or the plugin is not defective. We promised that your money will be refunded and as soon as the Envato Support Team approves it.

Hello, I have set the plugin so that it does not give the option to download the embedded document. After uploading a PowerPoint presentation with embedded audio to Box.com, the option to download it appears, and no audio is heard. I checked the shortcode and it is set up as stated in the documentation. How could I fix it?

I want to use this plugin on my document store, can we use this on woocommerce? Also, is your plugin create preview for whole document uploaded or just half document?
If we use box.com, can user still copying the document?
The changelog in your docs only goes up to version 2.12 and the changelog on here only goes up to 2.60.

Unfortunately, it’s not currently possible.
The plugin does not come with a native viewer to display documents. We are making use of the document viewer services from Google, Microsoft, and Box.com for a seamless experience. Since they are third-party services, we do not have control over any features that comes with the viewer.

Dropbox no longer supported in latest WP update (Version 2.6.0). Dropbox embedded document shows error “Cookies are required to view this Dropbox content. You may need to enable them in your browser.”
I am asked in google drive to setup a consent screen – What do I do there – you don’t say anything about this in the doc video.
Ok excuse the incorrect use of terms We have on our sites the usual Facebook Twitter buttons etc that when clicked try to send a facsimile to those sites that does not always work. What I have found is that embedding the page or post in a iframe has a lot more success. So does this app, or do you have , or can you suggest a “ability” with a plugin that would when clicked take that page wrap in a iframe ready to paste or even directly place on intended site?? hope that makes sense
