But now you are asking of your clients here who have purchased in the past to place all their client and financial information on your server. Sorry but I’m not going to do that. If your server is down, I will loose all my information and if your server / app gets hacked, My client information will be in the wrong hands. It’s not why I purchased your app, it also wasn’t mentioned anywhere before I bought it. So you can say that I am rather disappointed..
Yes, I understand this opinion. I personaly hate SaaS app. But this is a real issue: I work hard for bad guys. They are reselling the app as a service up to 30€/month. I got many reports from countries all other the world. License database is full of duplicated licenses where I only have 164 people supposed to run the app. I am using a dedicated server with 2 backups for each user. A ftp access and database access is available. All backups are sent automatically to backblaze as a second security layer and kept for 7 days. Your data will be safe, at any time. Sorry, if you are not happy. This was a difficult decision.

Just a small tip that hopefully will help you. Slider revolution etc. work the same way like you, but they have a routing that verifies the Envato license key to a certain domain. Which makes is impossible to redistribute the software without a valid license key.
If you want, I can share some examples with you. I will give you my logins so you can see how they do it. It would be a waste if you have to stop with the development.

The payment is handled by Stripe, so all settings are applied.

this is a basic integration that redirects to stripe for payment and returns payment response. This way i don’t have to deal with security issues

Hi, yes you can set any smtp. The phpmailer handles this feature.

You should probably generate app token and use it as password with Google default smtp credentials

Hi, yes. You have 2 options. 1) Customer clicks on the link in email notification ‘I accept’ 2) You set it manually, in Quotes list, check selection and use Mark as accepted in Action button on top right.

Hi, thanks for your interest. Demo credentials are automatically filled. As I don’t reset it, people play with settings. Just check the remember me button before clicking Log In.
With little php and/or html css you can use the Custom option to change look and feel.

For translation go to application/language and edit your language file application_lang.php or you can contribute here https://github.com/myEric/mmanager-localization. This way, you won’t lose any change. As the app uses an automatic update process, changing lot of css can be a problem. Anyway, if you are developper, there is a custom template folder where you can override all files. But new features and changes will have to be done manually.

Hi, thanks for your interest. Credentials are filled in the demo. It may be useful to check remember me checkbox. Yes, the code is easy to change. But updates are automatic. If you change core code, you will need to update code manually after each release.

Hi nice app. I have presale questions. When i “Add amount refunded to customer’s credit for next invoices.” at next invoice the credit amount is 0. What i do wrong?
Also when i add a discount per item at amount it converts it to %. When i add it a percentage discount it doesnt convert it to amount (discount).

, yes, you can add money to client account. while creating a new invoice, when you select client, you get his credit. Will look if something is disabled on demo.

Oui, elle fonctionne en local, mais pour les installations multiples vous ne respecterez pas la licence qui est prévue pour un seul usage. Vous pouvez me contacter pour avoir des réductions importantes car les versions sans licence valides vont afficher des messages d’erreur. ce qui pourrait gêner vos clients. La base de données est sauvegardée automatiquement
