The support ticket system always limit my open ticket, “You’ve reached the maximum open tickets allowed.” I Have many issue need to resolved with your team, and yet I cant closed the old ticket which had resolved, this is making our life hard time, time is money, I always need to wait from your side to update the ticket, and how long I need to wait again to submit new ticket? Why do you need to limit ticket numbers as we as customer need support urgently.
