Hi. I just purchased this plugin and am excited to use it, however it does not seem to work. This message appears at the top of the site once the plugin is installed:

Ideally, on desktop, I need the tooltips to show on click only instead of on hover.
Currently the tooltips show immediately on hover and as I have a lot of them in the content, it gets frustrating when you read and shuffle the mouse over the content while reading. People do move the mouse a lot when they read. Some even use it as pointer while reading.
Therefore I would like to be able to make the tooltips show on click if the device is desktop.
Alternatively, there should be an option for a wait time, e.g. 0.5 seconds or even a 1 second, before the tooltip pops-out.
Also, on mobile if I tap once on the link the tooltip does not show – just the link opens. The tooltip shows if I tap and hold, but then this does not look good at all and it is hard to come back to the content.
Ideally, on mobile, I would like to tap once and have the tooltip pop-up and stay open until I tap outside of it.
I believe these two options currently not possible. Please let me know if they are and if not – can these be implemented as customizations by you?

Unfortunately, the trial version is not provided. We cannot check our product for compatibility with each plugin or theme. External links do not seem the follow the Layout settings.
In my case the popup shows an image (the logo of the external website) which is huge and distorts the size of the popup, while in the Layout settings I have selected “Without Image”.
Is this behavior expected or its a bug?

The plugin has Assignments settings which allows you to use the plugin only on certain pages, category pages or depending on other conditions.

Styles of the theme or some third-party plugins overwrite the styles of our plugin. To solve the issue you can try to add the style below to the Revealer>Custom CSS

Hello! It is available for mobile. Just hold the link as when copying and you will see the tooltip.
I can’t exclude specific URL with the Latest Revealer 3.3.0 – When I add “paste” a specific URL assignments in the “Exclude” area nothing happen. This works only for pages but no for specific post URL.
After save settings for URL now all excluded pages that I have added in the past in the “exclude” tag now show with revealer activated. I think the latest version broke something for sure.

How to excluded Pages and let script run only on Posts? I see there is an option only for post/page.

Hi! We can do this, but it will create an accessibility problem. How to make the user understand that double-touch will lead to a click on the link? ... Now I think such a solution will simply increase the bounce rate of your site on the mobiles and tablets.
Hi there, you can try this by installing Wikipedia app. Any link with single touch will show a small popup . If user want to read, they will click open new tab or read more. If user don’t want to read, click closing or anywhere to close popup.

This is some kind of non-standard WordPress functionality, most likely you are using some kind of plugin to display this information. Unfortunately, this plugin does not work correctly.
