It is not installation not done wrongly. It is your installation setup problem. There were queries about this same problem from others. //die($data);. comment this code in C:\xampp\htdocs\tutor\install\includes\database_class.PHP and go to the MYSQL settings file. my.ini and change max_allowed_packet=1M to max_allowed_packet=10M. Please rectify your Setup so that others will not have problems with the installation.

I see admin can create location , but i can not find how to create a SubLocation like if I want to add Country Name as location, and then State Name as Sublocation of that country, and Cities as sublocation of that State .
is there away to do that??

I can see that, thank you, but there is no second sublocation, there is main and sub, so it can be country , and state, you can not add city,

Really terrible experience so far! Script will not install and all the file permissions are set to 0777 – this is causing havoc with the hosting environment.
