Hello there, I find out what makes the screen bumping. cause I include the this wordpress plugin with short code, however, there is no property of height been set on the short code box.give height like vh or px is okay by testing. And Disable the Light-box, I also find a way but NO Recommend : add css property ‘pointer-events:none’.Again NO Recommend.

The height is set based on the thumbnails/images height but you can also add individual top abd bottom padding this way you can set a visual height as you want, this settings can be found in the preset settings, please watch the video tutorial I explain this in there.

Hello, I would like to disable “auto focus” the Coverflow area. I got my user feedback. He was looking at the footer Info. and whenever the carousel switch form one to another, in other words, when it is auto playing. The screen of user will be auto focus to the end of the coverflow zone. And that make users hard to see the footer block.(In moblie device will happen that all the time.) Need Help. Thank you

Hey, I see from the most recent comment that you had COVID a few months back, I hope you are feeling better now!
I need some assistance with some queries I sent through the support form ASAP as it’s blocking progress on a project. The issues are:
1) IMPORTANT – I am including the shortcode in the body of the page and the gallery appears in this section, however for some reason the actual gallery code is being injected at the bottom of the body right before the closing tag. This is causing multiple issues with z-indexing and overlays etc, I need a fix for this ASAP please.
2) Accidental purchase of the non-Wordpress version requires a refund (you will see I haven’t downloaded that version).

Hi, I have had this issue before, my presets have disappeared so all i get on the front page is “preset with id 16 does not exist” I deleted the plugin, deleted the folder and re-installed and then made the preset again and still nothing, not even the default list of presets appears, last time you logged in but didn’t tell me what caused it so i am at a loss. thanks

This looks good for my needs. I’m building a portfolio that has a custom post type for “CreativeProjects”.
1. Will this auto-populate with the featured image from each of the project posts in CreativeProjects, rather than me manually adding images to a carousel?
2. Can the thumbnail click through to a post instead of lightbox?
3. Are there any compatibility problems with using this and Beaver Builder?

Hi, whats the difference between simple and royal versions of this plugin? Also, on the demos, the thumbnails are all blue boxes. Sound stupid, but guessing these can be changed to whatever image we want? And then we can set things like external links, or link to a page etc etc. Lastly, is there any feature difference between these and Ultimate 3D Carousel Wordpress Plugin or is it just design layouts?

The difference between them are visual other than that they are very similar features.
Also, on the demos, the thumbnails are all blue boxes - those are images, you can add your own images they don't have to e blue boxes .And then we can set things like external links – yes that is possible and much more, for example instead of opening a new page a video or an image can be opened in the lighthbox when the thumbnail is clicked.

Apologies but a few more questions if thats ok.
1. Can the hand icon be changed for a mouse? I know, a hand is better. But the client will want a normal mouse icon. I’m sure of it :/
2. The text thats underneath. Can I have hyperlinks in that or not? Basically, I’m wondering if only the images are clickable, or if the text is as well.
3. Lastly, is there any overlay options? For example, you highlight one of the pictures, and it has an overlay to let you know its clickable?

1. The hand is a .cur file, you can replace it with your own if you don’t like that also the swipe / dragging is optional you don’t have to use it if you don’t like it, so yes is possible to have just a mouse.
2. Yes hiperlinks will work, but it will only confuse the client since there is the big thumbnail the normal thing would be to click on the thumbnail.

What about shortcodes? Can I make the image load a shortcode? I.e. a 360 product displayed via shortcode.

That’s a long video. I’ll watch if I purchase obv lol. On this demo http://www.webdesign-flash.ro/w/360pv/index.html the lightbox is greyed out. Assuming you can fix it, will I be able to load this upon click from the 3d royal plugin? If so, I’m sold. If so, please check your lightbox to confirm why it’s greyed out.
I am sorry the lightbx version doesn’t work on the wordpress version of the 360 product viewer.
It is on my list for the next update sometime this year.

Yes the rotation of the thumbnails can be set to whatever you like it is also possible to set how many thumbnails to show.
