Rapid and effective support.

Zero customer support after multiple attempts reaching out over period of 3 weeks.

Good:
Visually (with a bit of tweaking) it is a nice looking gallery and loads relatively quickly.

Bad:
Author not available to support item due to COVID complications. Obviously I wouldn't wish COVID on anyone but you shouldn't continue to sell plugins with support if you can't support them, given the recent comment history it looks like this has been known for at least 4 months now and sales have continued despite a lack of ability to support customers.

The plugin injects code at the bottom of the page before the closing body tag, instead of where it should (where the gallery shortcode is placed in the page) - this is a major issue for z-indexing and page transitions because the code is not where it is supposed to be.

Inspecting the plugin code shows that the injection isn't using filters as it should be in Wordpress so it's a nightmare trying to manually unpick the code to fix what is an inherent flaw/poor code quality.

The author had the time to respond to my email to tell me they couldn't support my purchase as per the terms of sale, but did not refund the item as requested via the same means. Honestly the worst experience I've ever had through Envato, if you buy any of this author's plugins be aware they can't support them, will not respond to refund requests and you'll be dealing with poor code quality from the start.

The plugin looks great in demos, but the UI in the admin panel is not userfriendly. The plugin is very hard to customize, we have to test each settings by reloading page. And in my case I can't use it with my theme because there are conflict with ajax, so it can't load properly pictures.

It's the worst experience by buying a plugin on codecanyon.
( I bought more than 100 items). It seems like a joke but this plugin costs more than the cost of my theme.

I want to be refunded.

Great plugin, very flexible, and works as advertised. If you are considering this you should certainly have a look at the demos, as they accurately represent the various configurations nicely. Also watch the introductory video. I watched it several times and learned more each time.

There are many detailed and well-organized configuration options, with a convenient description of most in a tool tip (click the question mark near the option), so it is rarely necessary to look elsewhere. Finding which option settings will achieve your desired result requires some experimentation, but it is worth the effort and you will appreciate the flexibility.

The author's support is stellar. I have had many questions and a few minor issues that have been quickly answered and resolved, always within 24 hours, usually even faster. I did find one extremely minor bug that was important to me, and I received an updated fixed copy of the plugin in less than a day. His answers have been clear, and not once has there been any buck-passing. He seems genuinely concerned and interested in helping, takes full responsibility for his work, and I highly respect him for that attitude.

I am currently using this with WordPress 5.1 and The Ark theme with no apparent conflict.
