Hello I have a problem with coupons ,, the email where I insert a coupon generated by your plugin does not appear on the email but when I do a test email from the email builder then it appears in the email received. have you already encountered the problem from any other customer?

Trying to register for the site but it is not letting me log in. have tried to reset the password and it wont let me log in. The issue is that when I install this plugin I get an error saying that I need to install and activate woocommerce but it is already there. dont know why it wont intall

In your case, there could be some conflict between 2 plugins. Please deactivate the other, and use our plugin with WooCommerce plugin to check.

I use a template for e-mails, but when I change the status of the order to “processing” and send an email to the customer, it will print an long error:

We have only one domain, not multiple. We changed the domain for the whole site, to a new one.

About the expire, I always thought that this is only for support if I have issues with the plugin and that the updates are for as long as we use the plugin. Has something changed?!

This is a fact for all my other plugins and themes, why is it different for this one?

Hi, I am using the free version of the product at the moment, and I must say it’s the best plugin form email templating I have used :grin:

However, there is one question that bothers me at the moment, maybe I have missed something out: on template preview and upon sending test email, the image of the product inside the Order detail component works correctly. But, when user orders an item from the shop, email that is received does not have correct image of the product, but the woocommerce placeholder image instead. Is this expected behavior, or is there a setting I missed?

Hi, In the normal way in woocomerce if your product has picture so the product will appear picture. If your product don’t has picture so it will appear a woocommerce placeholder image instead Can you provide us which product had that problem above, link of the product and also the forward of that email that has problem. Remember to turn on our email plugin so we will order to fix that if we can.

Hi, I managed to find the issue, should have posted the comment sooner :) We have a multilingual website, all products were added in English language by default, but when users bought products in different languages, the template was not able to find the image since products in different languages have different ids. I debugged the style-3.php file from templates folder to find the cause of this. So after adding images in all languages, the real image instead of placeholder is visible in emails :)
