hi i’m currently creating an online english tutoring school and i’m looking for wordpress plugin that suits for the website here’s the thing
First we need a system that has skype integration where the student can join the class
second we need a system that has a separte login which means a tutor can’t login as a student or can’t access the student dashboard or can’t login as a student and same as the student.
third we need a system that the tutor and student has separate frontend dashboard also the tutor don’t need to access the admin panel
fourth we need a system where a tutor can set their own schedule on their frontend and when the student login to their account the student will see the available schedule and tutor so the student can click the button to book for that schedule.
is that possible to have that feature via customization or not? i would appreciate it if you are answering me the right answer based from what i ask for if you didn’t answer those questions and pull some things

There is no integration inside ULP system with “skype” or any video conference software.
ULP is a WordPress plugins, students and instructors being WP users but with different WP roles. They may login into the website as any other WP user does. Still, regular students will not have access to Instructor Dashboard.
Instructors have no schedules that requires to be setup.

I have a terms of service (TOS) agreement for customers but now I want to hire some instructors and I want their agreement to be in my website like the TOS for customers but I want it to be separate so that customers don’t see it.
My questions are:
How do I create an agreement that is solely directed at instructors? Can I have one for junior instructors and another one for senior instructors?

Yes, plugin templates files can be customized following the Knowledge Base instructions.
Once is about an enrollment process, student user must exist in order to enroll/purchase a course.
How does it work with woocommerce? Can we create products that look like the courses and they can add to cart so they can login and checkout?
Yes, you can link Courses with Woo and sell them as Woo products via Woo Checkout page.

There is no QR code workflow inside ULP system.

Then that means that i will no longer use the courses listings shortcodes that comes with the plugin but instead the woocommerce products lists to display my courses and the single product from woocommerce to display what the course is about?
or how does it work, for example if a user acces the course url but i just want them to use the woocommerce payments, i want to disable all other payments.
No, if you choose to use Woo as payment option, your courses will be manageable the same but the payment step will not be handled via ULP but Woo plugin, where a specific woo product which have been linked with a specific ULP course should be purchased. Once customer has completed the Woo payment, will have access to the linked course.

Can you replicate the error of admin not being able to view/enrol in courses. Page does not show properly for admin if viewing, seems fine for other users. I can replicate this but don’t want to renew support just to drop a bug. Thanks
It’s an issue since the last update.
It’s the same issue husain_almughani below is having. I assume we are both logged in as admin so this is when the design is not shown nor courses, but works for all other users.
Maybe you should change the quite prominent «Save hundreds of $$$» graphic on the main sales page here to reflect $59 (and not $39)?
