Can I set the following? If a customer chooses the payment method to be Paypal, a 5% will be charged on the final total value (product cost + tax + shipping cost). Thank you.
I’m sorry, we haven’t this kind of feature. Dear sanvinna, as stated previously, the appropriate way for our users who have purchased the plugin to request support is:

Hi, I tried to set the rrp price (by entering the regular price and set it active in the menu) in the webshop, but only the B2b price is displayed so I can make it available? Thanks Viktor
Hi Viktor, how are you? I hope so!

Hi! I’m thinking of buying this module, but I have to verify first: I saw that you can hide certain categories from the different roles…
The thing is that our shop will sell to b2b only from certain brands.
Will it work if we create a new category for wholesale, asign that category to the correct products, and hide the rest for b2b? For b2c we will need to hide the wholesale category.
Doing it this way will mean that the products will be asigned to multiple categories, some hiden and some displayed.
Will the products be displayed correctly?
Hi DaniferCB, how are you? I hope so!
No, if a category is marked as not visible, the products it contains will be hidden even if they are present in a category that is visible instead. You should create a dedicated product category for these products.
I hope this information will help resolve your doubts, best regards
Hello,
Does this plugin customer group pricing work with WCFM Multivendor?
That is, can each vendor assign different prices to each product and offer personalized price lists by customer group?

I’m sorry, we have no information about this from our users
Hello,
I have a presale question:
Is it possible to restrict users to purchase products from one category per time?
That is, users can only add products to cart from one category per time.
For example, if a user adds products to cart from product category 1 and tries to add products to cart from category 2 or any other category, an error message will display requesting the user to complete the order (finish placing the order from one category) before adding products from another category to the cart.
Is this possible?
Regards
Hi donbeni, how are you? I hope so! No, WooCommerce B2B hasn’t this kind of feature, sorry.
Hi is this plugin compatible with WCFM, Multi vendor plugin?
Hi ukpai2d, how are you? I hope so!
I’m sorry, we have no information about this from our users
Hello, i have a question related to account approval. Is it possible to decide to activate this option only for a particular group ? I want to validate only Professional account. Thanks in advance, Simon
Hi Simon, how are you? I hope so!
If you have set the “Default group” option to “Allow to choose”, you can use the WooCommerce / WooCommerce B2B hooks to understand the chosen group and through the hook:
apply_filters('wcb2b_moderate_customer_registration_only_with_vat_registration', bool $enable);
you can manage and enable / disable moderation. Find more information on the hook in the documentation.
Please consider using the support portal in the future:

Hi! We have some pre-purchase doubts, and we wish you could solve them for us. We read the docs, but didn’t find an aswer for them. To give some context, we currently have a B2C website online, to which we’ll add the B2B part:
- Can we moderate the registration process only for some user groups? We want the B2C users to register without moderation, as they do now. Our idea is to provide two different register pages, if that matters.
- Can we override templates only for some user groups? We’d like to provide a different set of tools to add variations to the cart for the B2B groups, to make the purchase of different sizes and colors more convenient.
- And last but not least, can we provide different stocks for B2B and B2C user groups? They share some of the product categories, and we’d like to enforce that the amount of items B2B buyers buy does not leave the B2C customers undersupplied. So the B2B users will have a lesser amount of items available for them.
Thanks a lot, we look forward to work with your wonderful plugin!
Hi info1147, how are you? I hope so! WooCommerce B2B doesn’t have this kind of functionality, sorry. In view of these needs, I would suggest having different shops between B2C and B2B, especially for the issue of stocks. I hope this information will help resolve your doubts, best regards
Hello, your plugin is very nice and complete. but i spotted one thing. If you sale for B2B in Europe, you are suppose to exempt VAT for companies from another country than yours. (e.g your client is in germany with a german VAT number and your company is french, then you need to sale without VAT. There is a plugin who’s doing the job, but it should be perfect if you could include it. (https://fr.wordpress.org/plugins/eu-vat-for-woocommerce/)
Hi nomisconception, how are you? I hope so!
I’m glad you like WooCommerce B2B! I think the functionality you are talking about is already included in WooCommerce B2B, please take a look at the “TAX EXEMPTION BY COUNTRY” option in documentation, here an extract:
“Apply the tax exemption in the shopping cart for customers belonging to a group (not GUEST) with billing country among those chosen.”
Hope these informations can help you to resolve your doubts, best regards
Hello, Unfortunately it’s not the good option because some companies have VAT number but cannot pay without VAT. Also the VAT number field MUST be complete to get the VAT removed. You can be part of a group without having a VAT number (a pro without VAT number). Best regards
then you can manage the exemption by moving customers between groups. Obviously, I don’t know your project, how it is set up and what rules it has, for more information you can contact our support team:
https://support.woocommerce-b2b.com/who will be happy to check if your needs can be met using the options made available by WooCommerce B2B. I hope this information will help resolve your doubts Best regards
They provide support for developers who want to add this feature to their plugins. This customizer is super nice and easy to use and allows professionally looking emails for woocommerce.
thanks!
Kadence Email Customizer for WooCommerce states in their chage and infolog the following:

Hi slitweb, how are you? I hope so! Thanks for suggestion, we will verify the feasibility and impact of this option to decide on the possible application. Best regards
The “Add: new feature to hide single product prices by group” is today’s update is on product level. So we have to go through all the products (3000+ in our store) and set that for different groups.
Isn’t there any global settings for it so that we choose the Groups/Roles that the prices should be hidden from, and then if a product also has this set, then that simply overrides the global setting?
Hi Dadparvar, how are you? I hope so!
The new option does not eliminate the previous one, which allows you to hide prices from all customers who are not logged in. Now it’s possible to hide prices for each single product by group, in cases like yours with so many products you can set this option simply through the predefined WooCommerce import / export tools with a CSV file. I hope this information will help resolve your doubts. Best regards
Hello, Can I import product with mass upload? Maybe by CSV. Do you have the plugin that can import/ export CSV that compatible with this plugin to recommend?
Thank you ^^
Hi phraisohn, how are you? I hope so! Yes, you can bulk import products with default WooCommerce import / export tools:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/#Hope these informations can help you to resolve your doubts, best regards
Hello I just want to report that the minimum order option is not functioning correctly,
I have enabled the following options
checked 1- Minimum purchase amount by group
checked 2- Display a message in the shopping cart page to alert that minimum amount isn’t reached yet
checked 3- Remove “Proceed to checkout” button in shopping cart if customer doesn’t reach the minimum amount
Here is what is happening, If I go to the product single page it shows the message correctly ” You must purchase at least 3 of this product” but customers are still left with the ability of reducing the amount of products to be ordered, and also it will allow to just order less than 3 products.
I tested the increment as well and it is useless it does not affect anything.
https://i.imgur.com/BRhXBLW.pngIs anyone here experiencing the same issue?
Hi vred, how are you? I hope so! I think there is a misunderstanding: the “Minimum purchase amount” option indicates an amount (money), not the number of products. The minimum order amount can be set in each group on the group edit page. The minimum product quantity option can be set in each product and is completely independent from the “Minimum purchase amount” option. You can find more information in the plugin documentation.
Regarding the input, have you made sure that this is not influenced by the theme or any other plugin as indicated in our guidelines (https://support.woocommerce-b2b.com/support-center-guidelines/)? If the problem persists, please provide the login information needed to check your context in our support center:
https://support.woocommerce-b2b.com/and our team will be happy to help you solve your doubts. Best regards
Hi Im sorry for the confusion here is an screen shot sequence of the issue, as you can see the minimum qty option is not working properly and it is letting customers to altered the minimum qty, the theme I’m using is Cerato which is pretty compatible and well done it should not have any issue,
Here is the screenshot. https://i.imgur.com/wtRxZNn.png
Hi vred, have you already tried with a default theme, as described in our guidelines to make sure the problem is not the theme? If the problem persists, please provide the necessary information to verify your scenario to our support:

Hello thank you for your always prompt replies, you are awesome! So here is what I did…. I set a clean WP WC installation on a testing site with storefront theme and the Twenty TwentyOne Theme, The B2B WooCommerce Plugin Worked with those two Themes right away So the problems is CERATO the Theme Im using,Im trying to see where is the problem but it is not as easy as it seems to fix, it looks like some how it pass some parameters some how it does not pass others.
Great vred I’m glad you found the cause
best regards
Question. Imagine we have 5 different customer groups. And in a product,we have set different price for 2 of those groups, but haven’t set any custom price for 3 other groups.
What happens there? Are users of those groups getting the Regular/Standard price as their price?
Hi Dadparvar, how are you? I hope so! This is exactly the case, for products that do not have a price dedicated to the group of the logged in customer, the default price of WooCommerce will be considered. Hope these informations can help you to resolve your doubts, best regards
I want to know if I buy b2bking, how long is the validity period, is it half a year, a year, or a lifetime?
Hi yhl5555, maybe there is a misunderstanding
This is WooCommerce B2B, that give you lifetime updates and 6 month of support (like all plugins on Envato), bit you can extend support period if you want! Hope these informations can help you to resolve your doubts, best regards
Hi, I’m trying to create a ticket in your support center but it wont let me create an account. My issue is that the “pay now” button and the billing details on quoted quotations are missing. How can I fix this? Thanks
Hi tikitori, how are you? I hope so! You can’t create an account probably because you already have an account with the same username registered in May. I have sent you a password reset link so you can log in. Best regards
Hi! When I try to login or register it says access denied.
Access Denied The page you are trying to access is restricted due to a security rule.
If you believe that this security rule is affecting the normal operation of your website, contact your hosting provider with detailed instructions how to recreate this error.
Hi tikitori, from the analysis of the provider, it appears that the problem should presumably be caused by BitDefender, that is blocked by modsecurity module, do you have it or similar software on your pc? Try disabling it, or alternatively try using another pc. Hope these informations can help you to resolve your doubts. Best regards
Is there any snippet to let us hide the prices from other roles as well? In addition to the guests, we want to hide the prices from another role in the site. (in B2B sites, there is usually a role called “Unapproved members” which the prices should also be hidden from them as well. Currently any logged in members can see the prices, but if you provide an option, or at least a snippet, to let us hide the price from other roles that we want, this will resolve our issue)
Thanks
Hi Dadparvar, how are you? I hope so! For this type of need, I suggest you use the “Moderate registration” option which prevents registered users from logging in until they are approved by the shop manager. In this way, only approved customers will be able to log in and consequently see the prices. I hope this information will help resolve your doubts, best regards
The problem is, we want to let the registered member to be able to login (the Unapproved Members) so that if needed, they update their info, and also use other parts of our site.
Hi Dadparvar, try to ask to our support center:
https://support.woocommerce-b2b.com/Our team will check if there is a possible solution to your personal need. Best regards
Hello I’m looking the Documentation in how to make a manual update for the plugin I can not find anything on the files or your website? Do you have one? We already have the paid version I just need to know how to properly update the plugin without loosing any important information and the actual applied settings on Data Base
Hi vred, here the online documentation:
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/documentation/To ask for support, please refer to:
https://support.woocommerce-b2b.com/Best regards
Beautiful! Thank you, so for what I understood no need to deactivate the plugin, and just renamed or delete the old plugin folder and upload the new one will do the thing and after just follow the auto database update
Hi vred, yes, that’s correct
Hello!
Whith this plugin would i be able to set for example that all non logged in users see add to quote and not the price, only logged in customers and whole sales customers can see prices (differente prices), also have public prices so non logged in users can see prices and purchase specific products setted as discounted products, looking forward to your comments
As a clarification, simply i need to have: If the user cant see the price, REQUEST A QUOTE button is shown (No add to cart), if the user can see the price ADD TO CART button is shown (No request a quote)
Hi carloscid, how are you? I hope so! Quotation is a payment method, so in order to request a quotation it is necessary that the products have the visible price and add to cart, it’s not on single product. You can still enable / disable payment methods for each group, so you may only make the “quotations” method visible for GUEST customers. Regarding the different price lists, yes, you can assign each of your customers to a group and set either a percentage discount per group or a dedicated price per group for each product. All customers who are not logged in, or without any group assigned, will see the list prices assigned to the default GUEST group or the default WooCommerce prices.
It is possible to simulate your desired scenario in the live demo:
https://demo.woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-admin/to test how the WooCommerce B2B features can meet your needs and exclude any doubts
I hope this information will help solve your doubts, best regards
Hi,question. Is it possible to show/display both prices on single product page, but user can buy only by prices assigned to his group ? Thanks,Goran
Hi Goran, how are you? I hope so! You can do this customization and add the “standard” WooCommerce price by taking it directly from the DB (meta key: _regular_price), for example:
if ( is_user_logged_in() ) { echo wc_price( get_post_meta( {PRODUCT_ID}, ‘_regular_price’, true ) ); echo wc_price( get_post_meta( {PRODUCT_ID}, ‘_sale_price’, true ) ); }
and displaying it using the standard WooCommerce hooks or by overriding the WooCommerce template (single-product/price.php), depending on where and how you want it to be displayed. I hope this information will help resolve your doubts, best regards
