Hello, can u help me?, after install the admin panel and set it up, i can’t login.

Pre-Sales Questions:

1. How to set Geo limits for taking orders from customers. As I have checked with your demo there is no restrictions set for location availability. Anyone can place order from anywhere whether there is the service/rider available or not.

2. The feature should be there if a customer placing an order then the system should find the nearest rider first and the rider have the option to accept/reject the task. After accepting the task by rider then only customer should redirect to the payment page.

3. Can you please add the Razorpay payment gateway?

4. Can you please add the split payment facility for riders. Razorpay is providing this feature through API.

5. Can you please add Tax rates on orders. Also add tax identification number for customers in their profile section. This will help the business owners who wish to get tax refund.

6. Orders will automatically assigned to the nearest riders or I have to do it manually for each order?

7. Need webview section in anywhere in the customer app to show the TnC and FAQs etc.

8. Can you please add photo capture feature while customer placing his order.

Hello, are you planning to add feature like aside from the price of the item its size also add additional payment if the deliveries are on other location like if the location are more than 50KM it will add additional charges on every kilometers

No currently this feature is not available

we did not receive this type of modification request so we will not add this just for one person, but if you want we can make modifications just for you

Please share a screenshot of the google map problem, and OTP is disabled from our side for demo only. you can use 1234 to continue the process.

For all that has issues with connecting to the admin panel. Just disable https (SSL Encryption)

SSL Encryption will not disturb the script if it configures correctly, but if it is not propagate properly then it will make problems, in short server related issues should solve by you its not related to us.

The errors that you have mentioned those are all because of your wrong setting or you don’t have any kind of knowledge about the product setup or not following our documentation
