Pre-Purchase Statement after evaluation. I have tested your app from Play store because I wanted to purchase and I have noted the following: 1. The images are stretched in the app. Work on that. 2. The booking for is very poor, doesnt have location autocomplete when filling in City or Address. No need to have both City, State and Location in the booking form. Just have Location, and let be use google maps or any others map api to fill the location when a booker is typing. 3. Even when a user is logged into the app, the booking form is still asking for his/her name and details. Why cant you make the app just pick the details of the logged in account? This would make the app easier to use. 4. After booking, you are still returned to the page of the item you booked, why cant you be taken to the payment section of the app? 5. User verification: You mention verification in your Item description but in the app this does not appear anywhere! 6. Account: Even after entering my phone number and being logged in, when you go to your profile you will see a North Korean number! Please let me know when you fix the above so that we can buy it.

It appears the App you have on Play Store is not the one you are describing. I have downloaded it expecting to see the changes above only to be met by the same errors I saw last time. How can I share screenshots with you?

Hello Applatus! I’ve some pre-sale questions. 1. On your admin panel, I’ve seen that some pages like the city_list page are loading long blank space on the footer area similarly some other pages also have this issue. 2. If I continue/sign in with email then one unknown mobile number automatically getting added to my account (I’ve created an account with email ID and then when I tried to edit my profile I’ve faced this issue.) 3. Is the social sign-in available (Facebook/Google)? 4. Is referral system available or any plan for adding this feature? 5. City-wise service? Like if any user sign in to the app then the user will select his/her location/city then on the basis of that location services will be shown. 6. Filter search instead of attribute search?

We are working on the admin panel and app as well to update it with some enhanced features. Some of the features like location, filter, nearby, etc will be included in our next update. No plans of referral system as of now and in near future as well. Social login like fb and google shall be included in our update. And regarding issues you are facing, that might be due to our ongoing backend development, still if there is some other error, you may write to our technical team at support@applatus.com

Good Solution but bad documentation and Support.
I cnt imagine in this age and time how you would have to go to PHPAdmin before you can update user credentials or change them and such product is labeled as s finished products.
Secure design is not implemented with this solution but rather security by obscurity
I had a friendly chat with the developer and Had an agreement with the owner about the documentation update as what he does have in the video and the doc is not straightforward and promised to fix for over 2weeks he never.
I requested to know the cost of bundling and deployment, read messages but wouldn’t respond.
And when he does his response makes you look you are nobody..

I do not think that’s necessary any longer as I am already counting your product as a waste of money, time and resources. It’s not the first time products have issues and it get resolved with good communication and support and we would wait. But here is bad, I have Ben in communication with you I believe on WhatsApp and all I get is snubbish communication and poor communication plus nasty attitudes..
I dnt write reviews on any of my purchase even if its bad I rather not rate. But this I will cuz of bad customer service

1. The process of building iOS app can be managed by a developer who is experienced with flutter, there is no separate document available for this currently.
2. Yes, it is possible to deploy iOS version.

What is not clear to me whether
1. You provide 100% source code for app and admin 2. How does the admin earn money apart from subscriptions. 3. Is their any possibility of of free plan and taking commission on the products rented. 4. Where is admob or fb ads integrated , i mean where do they display, is it infeed . 5. Do we need any third party recurring SDK for running this app apart from the server costs.
Please reply asap for me to purchase it .

Please find the answers below in the same sequence as asked:-
1. Yes.
2. Apart from subscription, admin earns when vendors feature their item for a definite period.
3. Commission model is not available as the payment mode for booking products or services is strictly COD to overcome fraudulent activities, so if we go for commission model, there ll be lot of changes in the app like restricting chats, hiding contact info etc before booking, online payments of all booking etc. So this is a part of custimization that depends on individual choices.
4. Admob is integrated on flutter mobile source code which display in full screen whenever user land on home screen.
5. For sending otp email on user signup we used sendgrid, which may cost you. For mobile otp we are using firebase.

There is a free trial period available in the app to get started, in next update, we ll give an option from admin to fix no.of products and period of free trial. And for Bookings, there is no commission.
