We are unable to download the Vote log as it’s reached currently 178000 the CSV we are unable to export it showing HTTP 500 error please guide us on the same
There is a way how to do that the 500 error is server error on every single server is limit for PHP mostly 30 seconds and you need more for such a large file. So you need just increase this limit to 90 seconds and you will be able to get this download.

Does anyone know how to get this to work on mobile with Divi Theme on Mobile? IThe menu does not work on a phone. I see there are several people who have this issue but the answer in the comments is “Solved by email” which is useless. Zbynek Hovorka said he would send the files but I have no reply and we are supposed to start a contest today.

So any word about the self hosted video uploads yet? What happened to the name and email option for user registration? I see it in your demo but not in the plugin
Self hosted videos are problem. Because it is do an upload to the wordpres is a problem. Small files like images, songs sure, but videos can be 1000x bigger than image. So problem is upload from the user, upload in the server, and you need powerfull server wiht a lot of space. Name and email is visible for non-registered users. You need it fill only once.
Is there a compatible sitemap application?

1. Instead of 3rd party video sources, is it possible to directly upload to our site?
2. Is your plugin compatible with PrestoPlayer (https://prestoplayer.com/) ? So that even if videos are from a 3rd party source, it’ll load using Presto.

Is it possible to create more voting items from the same video? For example: vote for quality, appearance and music. There would be 3 votes in the same video.
Self hosted videos: I read your comment on the self hosted videos and you are limiting your own sales. Your explanation doesn’t make sense. Wordpress already allows self hosted videos. Buddypress too. And, you can limit video size. Licensing and copyright issues should be the website’s owners responsibility to manage . Again, you’re limiting your own sales by not allowing self hosted videos.

Hello no, it is not. For video upload and streaming video directly you need a powerful server and that is a problem for WordPress because videos can be 1000x bigger than an image.
Is it possible to have the user submit either a video or a photo (or nothing, but a title and description)? I know that would make it stop being a “Video Contest” but the general tool you have here has more uses than only videos.

Hello. Self-hosting videos are a problem. Not with my plugin, because WordPress supports 4 types of video to upload. The problem is that videos are big, not only to host videos but for the upload. Uploading videos are sometimes 4000x bigger than photos so imagine your contestants trying to upload the video to the contest on a cell phone with a data speed 1-5 mbit. And what the video? You need a powerful server to store, rendering and streaming the video. It is a big problem and 99% of my customers do not have that option. And what about licensing? Well, imagine that someone uploads not his video to your contest you will have issues with that. In Youtube, Vimeo, Facebook, etc. you are covered, right? Well, but I have an option in the next version for self-hosted videos. I am not sure if I will allow that because it will be a nightmare for me to support that because it will create issues on regulars web hostings that I am sure.

No. I pick everytime randomly 60 themes and do the test on all of them. It must working on every theme. If you will get this plugin i will help you if your theme have any issues.
