Sorry to bother you. I hope you are doing well over there.
My website and apps were doing well before. But all of sudden, customer can not order from the website. Merchant’s banner is blank and we can’t click the food category and food item (from the website). So customer can’t order via website.
From the apps, everything is fine.
I checked under SETTING >> WEBSITE ORDERING. I didn’t pick anything except for ENABLE MAP SELECTION.
I tried to search comments here to see similar issue. But I couldn’t find one.
Do you have any idea what is the cause? Thanks for your help!

will order tru web or in mobile app?
if mobile app you need to send me the mobile app files that your using
in mobile apps, everything is ok. The only problem is >> to order via website.

you can use Merchant no 225 (ID 225)
I created one simple Merchant for you. >> Merchant ID: 229 >> Name: Basti Test Account
check again you have so many missing files in your server
you enabled the ajax and that ajax menu requires the new updated files

Hi mate. I have updated KRMS, mobile and merchant modules to the latest version. Similar problem happen again. May I know which files should I look at or check? I have your backup files. And your access is still there (admin login, ftp access…).

The issues: 1- Orders can’t be made via website. Only category is visible but not the items. See pic below
2- Merchants banner is not visible at website.

I have transfer KMRS to a new server i didn’t remove the view tables. Everything is working but when i tab on merchant i get “merchant is not available”. I don’t have access to the old server to re export the database, is there a way to fix this?
Please let me know.
since you did not remove the view tables its converted to normal table
the fixed would be
1. run the db update found in your admin panel and enabled error reporting so you can see what table is not view
once you run the db update it will have error like
view_merchant is not a view table
2. now you know what table is converted to normal table
use your phpmyadmin and drop table table view_merchant and run the db update again
do this process until the db update has no error
you will need to drop all the view tables that are converted to normal table

what you only need is to pass the correct parameters
btw you need to based it on sub total not total

this is the variable for card_percentage and fixed card fee
