Is there a way to show only 3 books on the shelf on one page and then an archive of all of them on bookshelves on another page?

New issue: When we add a new item to the shelf, we choose a book cover from the Media Library. After you Publish or Edit, the image disappears and says “No image. Please add an image.” I can only make it work by adding an tag. My client would prefer to just choose the cover from the library as it’s much easier. Do you know what would cause this?

I purchased the bookshelf plugin and have pasted the shortcode into the page but nothing is showing. Can you tell me where I have gone wrong?

We are enjoying the plugin but ran into a few issues we wanted to alert you about. We are using it to display the latest 4 issues of a publication. That means, when we add a new document we need to update the order # under Post Attributes.

If we go into the Image and update it on the image page it’s fine. BUT if you do a quick edit on the “All Images” list page, all other settings are removed including the assigned shelf, the publish date (the image will be “scheduled” and no longer published) etc are all unset unless you manually keep them. We had hoped to quickly update the numbers using the Quick Edit.

Also: The slug was hidden by default with this type and Wordpress was saving items with an awful uninitutive name (“auto-draft”, “auto-draft-1”). It took me a bit to understand WHAT was happening. If there’s a way in the Image type to have the slug display by default AND also populate based on the image title that would be much much better…

Looks like I can only display 5 books per shelf. Is there a way to get more books per shelf? Thanks, plugin works great.

How do eliminate the title/description and gap between that and the shelf?

I have purchased and downloaded the Bookshelf plugin. When I tried to upload the zip file via the Add Pliugin facility in WordPress, I got the message:

“Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

Plugin installation failed.”

I must say your Bookshelf works like magic

But i was wondering where can i set Lightbox height? I can only find width.

I’m asking becouse when i add shortcode for Flipbook it won’t display it before i go to full screen. And after that it displays fine in Lightbox.

When I copy/paste the short code, everything is displayed but without the bookshelf in the page. The design is not displayed and I can’t see the books on the bookshelf. I have an image, below the another one and so on.. I tried many things and I don’t understand why it doesn’t work.

I need to use a iframe in the html option but don’t works any way..(???)

I’ve installed the plugin but when I add the shortcode to my page, nothing is showing up. I use shortcode for other applications and don’t have any issues. Is there a way to be refunded as the deadline for the post I was needing this for is tomorrow.

We purchased and installed “Bookshelf Wordpress Plugin”. Created categories and Bookshelves. When we want to “add an image”, we click on the upload image icon. We are able to upload an image in the “From Computer” tab, but when we try to add via the “Media Library” tab, the “Insert into Post” button is not working. When you click on “Show” to see the image details, you can edit all the fields, but the button simply does nothing when clicked.
