For now we don’t provide any such automatic upgrading membership functionality in our plugin as most of the client prefer product purchase rather than membership updation, client can check in their my-account section about their membership status.

presale question: I’d like my customer to be able to generate a coupon based on cart total. Assuming $1 for every point & 100 points = $10 off, 200 points = $20 300 points = $30 and so on…. I want to be able to set redemption based on multiple cart totals. $30 cart total minimum use max 100 points i.e. $10 off if cart total is $60 minimum can use 200 points i.e. $20 off and so on.
Can this be done?

Thanks. It’s really simple: Since this plugin is offering credits system and the Payment processors are charging a fee for refunds, it would be a win-win for stores and customers to be able to apply a “Credit compensation refund” instead of refund in payment method.
For example, someone buys an item for $100 and the user wants to refund it, so we give the user the option of refunding in credits that they can use for the next purchases + a bonus of a % for refunding in our store credits instead of refunding in their credit card or PayPal.

I set the plugin to the total spent in the cart.
But I see in the tables (cart, checkout, etc.) that 1 point is attributed to each item (quantity = points?!).
In the product edition, all the relative boxes are unchecked. And I do not see in the plugin settings how to do this.

Hello, I created 3 type of signup levels named Silver, Gold and Platinum. Whenever a person register on our website, they get signup points with ‘Silver’ membership/level. My concern is, customer is not receiving an email for initial signup level that they achieved during registration. They only get email for points earned. Is there solution for this?

As we have checked from our end both signup points notification and membership upgrade notification are working fine individually. But as you mentioned regarding the membership upgrade on registration with the signup points, we do not this functionality, as per our default functionality the user can upgrade membership level manually from my account section.

Hello, I would like include ‘recieved points’ shortcode that can be included in customer email. For eg: When admin staff add some points to any customer account manually (From Points and Reward manager > Member), customer get notification but with total points. Hi, the points shortcode works when customer purchase a products from reward shop. But when admin assigns some points to any customer manually from admin panel, I cannot show in customer email notification that how many points admin added. But can points be earned or redeemed by a customer if admin creates a “manual order” for a customer? We need this feature for “phone based” orders by customers. I am very interested in this Plugin but I got a question.

Number 1 is very important to me since i want to have a product which people can redeem as reward in exchange with points only. Later on I want to have a system that people earn points through my streams and can use those points in my shop to unlock a product which they can buy with real money. The reason is, that my stock is limited by 5 and always sold out within minutes. This would give my loyal viewers the possibility to unlock a product with points to buy it directly instead of waiting for another restock.

There is a big problem. The customer’s membership level can be converted downward in the validity period, reducing the membership level. For example, a member already has level 8, and the level 6 members need 500 points. At this time, level 8 members can buy level 6 members with 500 points, and then the level becomes level 6, and the points are consumed. Isn’t that stupid.

Customer membership level will not automatically downgrade with the validity period util the customer do it manually. Now it’s customer choice they can manually upgrade or downgrade there membership level according to the need.

Would it be possible to have number of points rounded down to nearest integer. In fact I’d like this both for earning points and using points . i.e. if we earn 1pt for 10$, then if the client spends $17, he gets 1 pt. And for using points : 100pt=$10, then you can only use your points by batches of 100pt .

Yes our plugin works on the nearest integer, also we have the option of points on order range, i.e., you can set that user will earn 1 point on $10-$20, etc, we do not have the option of points use by batches, but we will check the possibilities in our upcoming versions.
