Hi I have purchased the core plugin and thinking of getting this export add on. Can you advice if it is possible to export a csv/excel file with custom column which is not part of a form?
For example: 1. In my form there’re two text type field – “first_name” and “last_name” 2. In my export I want to add a custom column called “full_name” 3. The value of “full name” will be derived from the “first_name” and “last_name” fields with a logic like “first_name”” ““last_name”

It’s possible to export any form’s submitted data into the CSV, but unfortunately, it’s not possible to add a custom field as you mentioned in your requirement.

Hello, After filling a form when we print the pdf, its becoming very long around 6/7 pages as it prints every element in separate row. Is there any option to make the print vied compact? There are lots of space left on Right side of every option as my input data are very small. Is there a way to customize print view? Hi when i export a form to pdf the images in the submission are sometimes showing and other times it wont, for example on one form i have two areas where images are uploaded, when i export it it shows the top images but the bottom images are just links, if you click the link it will show on a browser. I can give you temporary access to see for yourself. I have updated the app just need to get this fixed asap. Thanks

So we can have an option for the form to provide invoice numbers in the form body/ Even if the message number of each form could be presented in the form to show so that the ordering process and emails will show the invoice number to each customer and to our ordering system.
Even if it could allow us to show the message number from the email response in the header of the form it would be nice

Sorry, we do not have any web template along with the plugin. Although we have different colored form themes which you can use to match with your template. Also, you can create your own color combination using the custom colors through the form styling.

Sorry, it’s not possible to export all the submissions in PDF altogether. You would need to export them separately.
Hi, I think this is giving me an error from my server. The error says: targeting switch is equivalent to “break”. Did you mean to use “continue 2” . Is this a known issue that has a fix? Plugin is working fine but my server is throwing out this error every minute or so in the error logs.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to adjust the fonts of the content as content is generating dynamically with the font sizes from the form theme. Also it’s not possible to add manual page break in between the content.
Hi, I already use this on one site (personal site) and I am thinking of adding it to a customers site as they need excel export options for their form. I noticed on my site that the excel form includes a lot of data you don’t need like the IP address, user ID, submitted date time etc. Is there a way to remove this data so it isn’t exported?

Sorry, it’s not possible to remove those data through the settings although you can remove it manually from the exported excel.

I am trying to accept submissions in Japanese but while the excel data is ok, the pdf won’t display any data at all. Does the PDF recognise Japanese kanji characters? Also the logo image doesn’t display in the header. In the PDF settings I changed the html fonts to Japanese fonts but it didn’t seem to help.

thx for the reply. For some reason it just started working. The only other issue I have that is small is the email that is sent to users. html tags like <b /> are recognised but I cant get a line break to work with <br /> or <p></p>

is there an update coming? there seems to be a problem with the plugin when I upload the zip file from the wordpress dashboard and when uploaded via FTP i can activate the plugin but i get the word “ERROR” where the process percent is suppose to be displayed.

We have no issues with the plugin and should easily install both by uploading it directly via the WordPress dashboard or FTP. There may be some problems with server resources, please check the PHP error log.
