Hi, I have a question.
As the Foodomaa page is offline, I’m sending it here.
I noticed that I can select a payment type for each restaurant.
Just below the menu to enter the merchant’s bank details.
For example: If I use MercadoPago, can I configure the payment to go directly to each merchant’s account? That is, one account for each shopkeeper.
Or does the system only play on one account and then transfer it to the restaurants?

Each restaurant can select what payment option to provide but the account owner is always the Admin. It cannot directly go to the Merchant’s account.

No you cannot. You need Foodomaa. It’s only made for Foodomaa.

Hello support, I like the product buts our market only speak Arabic language, and i know foodomaa is not supporting RTL, so what do you suggest me to do? RTL is mandatory for us, can I bring freelancer developer to make it RTL?
You will need an extended license for that.
And sorry, we have no plans to support RTL or arabic at this point of time.

Can the customer also select his delivery map? Because in your demo I only saw that only the administrator can do it, the store owner cannot.
Admin is the website owner and the business owner. Admin is responsible for all the deliveries in Foodomaa.
Store owner donot have any delivery options, neither they can edit any delivery related settings.
Can I add different delivery fee for each polygon?
No. But you can have dynamic delivery charges on Foodomaa based on the distance from the delivery location to the store.

Hi! I have purchased and running the script smoothly. I am facing issue with order processing and delivery related. For now I only found that only super admin can designate a delivery to delivery guy. Is there any option that store owner can designate a delivery guy or deliveries are accepted automatically to delivery guy?
The delivery guys are to be pre-assigned to the restaurants/stores. And only Admin can manage the deliveries.
Admin > Users > Delivery Guys > Manage Delivery Stores.

If the delivery guys are preassigned to the stores, the order will automatically go to the delivery guys after the restaurant/store accepts the order.

Restaurants also have an option to Auto Accept the order. In this case, as soon as the order is placed, the pre-assigned delivery guys can view/accept the order.

Store owners cannot manage their own delivery guys on Foodomaa.

Or it can be made dynamic where there are many logics/options for delivery boy earnings that can be set by the admin. Like based on the distance, or petrol price based .. etc…
And one more thing you should give a major update which should include Grocery or other things like pharmaceuticals etc.. Like we have option to enable or disable self delivery, same way the grocery function will work

Hello, I think there is a bug of the module after the update of 2.5.2. I can no longer add new area and the page keeps on asking me to add an api without any limit and nothing changes after I add new api to it.
You need to download the new version of Delivery Area Pro module to use it with 2.5.2
