Hi,
We bought your QuickTimeline plugin for WordPress recently, but I want to report few bugs, which actually forced us to remove it from our website immediately. After launching the plugin, some other things have changed its appearance, including few types of icon lists, as well as a chatbox. Those are basic elements from the library which are used very often on our website. We suspect that the plugin has somehow changed the CSS.
It is an urgent issue for us because we need to publish a timeline soon. It has to be ready next week.
Is it possible to fix the issue in the next couple of days?
Ps. I can provide you with the screenshots of the broken elements mentioned above.

Hello. Is there a possibility for clients to fill out timeline on frontend and save on their page? Or only admin can fill timeline in backend? Thanks
Hi. Thank for your attention. Only admin can fill timeline in backend.
how can i change colors, sizes and remove the title or time label?
Hi. To do it, you need modify the css on wp-content/plugins/quick-timeline/assets/css/timeline.css. Search the timeline-time on this file, then change code. You can use display: none to hide it.
Hello, we have installed the plugin on our website on the main page : https://promentors.org/
timeline is not displayed and gives an error 404
Please tell me the solution to the problem Vitaly
Hi. You mean when you active the plugin and display it on your homepage, the error 404 happen on your homepage? If that, could you give us the Admin and FTP to email caketheme.com@gmail.com ? We will investigate and fix the problem.
Great work…All the best for sale!!!
Thank you so much!
