1. If a customer book via my website, it synchronizes with AirBnB, and indicates on the AirBnB site that the room is already booked?
2. If a customer books a room on AirBnB, it syncs with my website, and indicates that the room is unavailable?

Yes, Both the Hotel Booking plugin and Airbnb supports the iCal type of synchronization. Thus each platform imports bookings from each other to block the booked dates and sync calendars.

At my hotel I have this kind of business model: people pay to stay there for the day (lunch, swimming pool, sports, etc), so they won’t sleep and check out on the other day. It is really a “day use”. Unfortunately, the Hotel Booking plugin is used on per night basis. However, if the maximum period of reservation is 1 day you may hide all the information about Check-out using custom CSS styles.Feel free to contact our support team if you have any further questions.
do you have any option in single hotel alone style to show howmany number of rooms left, or for example if we have 4 number of rooms 2rooms booked for a specific date and we want to show only 2rooms available on that specific date
Yes, the Room Types can be added as Accommodation Types and then you may generate proper number of rooms (Accommodations) that will form the availability of the room types.
Hello, I am building Hotel booking website. Default structure: Hotel → 6xRoom1, 3xRoom2 etc.
When someone goes to room1 view, the booking form must be able to show:
- Availability data like https://i.imgur.com/dfh8FsI.png, which takes into account the number of rooms.
- dynamically set price for each day (I have custom table with prices for each room type / personas. Example: room1, date1, pers: 2 = price). So I need a hook to inject it or default data to be able to store such data.
- flexible and non-refundable fixed price option for some properties
- support for coupons (like standard woocommerce).
Your plugin looks the most suitable for my tasks.
Hello there! Basically, the plugin meets your requirements:
- The availability for each accommodation type will be displayed on their single pages, so your guests will be able to see available/booked dates. If there are several rooms of the same category/type and one of them is booked, the accommodation will be displayed as available in the calendar - you will be able to set up different rates for the same property, e.g. refundable and non-refundable one - coupons are supported, you may create as many coupons with different conditions as you need
What do you think is the best way to implement price per day? Seasoning or do you have a function to get the price that could be changed/hook to choose my own value from the database or whatever?
Would not it be a problem to calculate the total booking price if each day has a different price?

Hello there! Unfortunately, there is no multi-vendor functionality in the Hotel Booking plugin at the moment. We do have such a feature request and are currently collecting feedback from our users. In case there are more requests, we might consider developing this feature in future
Are you able to register customers during either manual booking or online booking as wordpress users please?? This is key to me as I need the user data to access that data in another wordpress plugin. Thank you

Is it possible to utilise this system for restaurant bookings/table reservations? We want to collect deposit when people book a table in our restaurant.

Hi i have this amazing plugin when i bought a theme but now i have a problem when i try to add a rule for block accommodations this works without a problem, but when i try to save the changes, the button don’t do nothing, no action, i’ve already disable all the other plugins the only thing that i have enable are the plugins of the theme (hoteller), is there a way you can help me ?

There is no possibility to adjust the back-end calendar to show the guest name instead of the booking ID. You may click or hover over the booking to see more information about this or that booking in the calendar.
I purchased Villagio and I got this plugin. My client has a hotel with check-in time at 2pm and check-out time at 12pm. When someone comes in at say 8am today(1st July) and will be leaving on 2nd July at 12pm, the system is supposed to charge for 2 nights, but it only charges for one night. Is there a setting to support this? Or there is nothing I can do
If there is an option for this, then I can consider purchasing this plugin as well
There is no possibility to consider a 1-night booking as a 2-nights one when the reservation is made with an early check-in.

We do have such a feature request, however, it has not been quite popular to the date. Perhaps we will consider implementing it in future in case there are more requests from other users

I have only few questions:
1) Can i setup differents room prices for 3 or more season? For example, low season, medium season and high season.
2) Can i setup the price per room or per person in the room? Can i give different prices for adults and children?
3) I have a B&B with 3 different rooms with different features, so i need of a booking calendar for each room. I have to setup 3 different calendars or i can have only 1 calendar in which the customer can choose the room?

1. Yes, you may add unlimited amount of seasons
2. Yes, you may set up variable pricing for each capacity combination
3. You will need to add 3 properties (accommodation type) with 1 unit each. Thus each room can be configured individually and so the guest will be able to book a specific accommodation type

This is a standalone plugin that can be used with any WordPress theme. The styles of the plugin will be inherited from your active theme and will differ from the layouts of the Villagio since this theme was styled and coded for Hotel Booking plugin.

I have big problems with automatic synchronization with booking.com, such that my client has to synchronize manually every day to avoid overbooking. Checking the health of the site this message appears: “The scheduled event, mphb_ical_sync_cron, is taking a long time to run. Your site continues to work, but it may mean that scheduled articles or automatic updates may not work.” Where does this problem come from and how can we definitively solve it? Thank you
Hello there! It may happen that there are issues with cron in your server. I would also recommend installing WP Crontrol plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/ and navigating to Tools ->Cron Events to check whether there are any errors there. Actually I had already downloaded the Wp Crontrol plugin and also checked the situation in the Cron Events, but I can’t understand if the situation is under control or not. Furthermore, before contacting you, I had also deactivated the Jetpack plugin which seemed to me to be the most critical. Now the situation seems better. 1. Yes, there is a possible automatic import and export of bookings in ical calendar that allows you to sync the calendars. You should also check your booking.com account and make sure it allows you to use this type of synchronization since they have some restrictions that are described in this article.
2. Make sure your hosting provider meets the requirements of WordPress. Make sure the memory limit is 128M+ You can check the hosting providers we recommend here

Any system text of the MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin can be changed or translated with a translation plugin.
