1. Yes, that is customizable in plugin settings.
2. Yes, there is ‘Terms and conditions checkbox’ and ‘Terms and conditions message’ options available for booking form. It will be displayed only for guests. If you would like to add this also for logged users, then some customization will be required.

1. Time range depends on hours which you will set for events. If you don’t have any events before or after some hour it won’t be displayed. You can also hide hours column if you would like to as on this example: http://quanticalabs.com/wp_plugins/timetable/timetable-for-wordpress-sample-3/
2. There is no monthly view available.

Hello, your plugin might interest me. I would like to know if it is possible to limit the number of participants in an event / course? For example, I would like to limit the number of registrations for my boxing class to 10 people.

For each event hour you can set the number of available slots to book. Events are assigned to timetable columns and will be assigned as long as you won’t change that, so they’re recurring by default.
Some events in the demo have Room available, but I was not able to find where to edit or add it? And is it possible to replace Room number with a Zoom link? Or is there anywhere that I can add a Zoom meeting link? Thanks.

Hey, after I enabled Allow Guest Booking and hit Save, I got this warning “Shortcode ID field accepts only the following characters: letters, numbers, hyphen(-) and underscore(_)”? Why is that? And is it possible to link the Log In button to a custom registration page? Thanks.

Is it possible create multiple calendars? We want create a calendar per page. So we need create a lot of calendars (without limit).
And is is possible use multiple colours for each day?

You can create as many timetables as you need, there is no limit. You can set specific color for event and for event category.

Plugin doesn’t have captcha integrated, so you will need to hire a developer who will add it for you.

Hi There, I want to have the timetable schedule in behind a membership area on a website for a gym. There would be different membership options for example, book 2 classes a week, book unlimited classes a week. Is it possible to set the calendars up differently under different memberships to allow for this? If not, can you recommend anything else?

You can set a limit of available slots for event hour and also limit for the number of slots available for single user to book for event hour. Those numbers are to set on event hour level, plugin is not providing limits which you can set on user level.

You can set the number of available slots for each event and number of slots which can be booked by single user for an event. Those numbers are to set on event hour level, plugin is not providing limits which you can set on user level.
I wanna make reservation for fishing permits.
Its simple. I have 21 fishing spots – so I need 21 differents calendars.
User have to choose one of 21 spots and he must choose kind of fishing permit. – daily permit (7:00 – 19:00) – night permit (19:00-7:00) – daily and night permit (7:00 – 7:00) – weekend permit (Friday 19:00 – Sunday 19:00) – week permit (Friday – Sunday)
1 . question Is that possible? Can I set specific time slots for every type of fishing permit? Its kinda conditional logic. For example if I will choose weekend permit, it show me only time slots from Friday 19:00 to Sunday 19:00)

Please check different example timetables on demo site: http://quanticalabs.com/wp_plugins/timetable/ You can filter events by event name and event category if you would like to show only selected ones in timetable. You can also create as many different/separate timetables as you need. Payments are not integrated, so you need to add payment url/button on your own. Timetable is sending email notification about booking, sms notifications are not available.

Hi, before I purchase your plugin, I have a question. Is it possible to have for example 3 columns for one day. I would like to display 3 different foors for one day for example “Monday” (floor A, floor B, floor C). I would also like to display those 3 different floors as a sub headline below the weekday headline.

You can create 3 separate columns and set a title for each to ‘Monday’ or like ‘Monday – floor A’, ‘Monday – floor B’, ‘Monday – floor C’. Inside single column you can’t place events next to each other or create subcolumns.
Hi Team, I use Timetable Responsive Schedule for WP on my site. Unfortunately it’s throwing a javascript error on the page to clash with Gravity Forms so that the forms cannot submit.
