I have installed the plugin as per your document. The live video from Facebook is not being displayed on the website. Also I have given an alternate message “We are currently not live” to be displayed when not live. But it shows only the message when live the video is not showing. Kindly help me as soon as possible. It’s quite annoying that this plugin doesn’t recognise subdomains as the same URL. So I have to keep deactivating / activating between the live and staging site whenever I want to do any work. I shouldn’t have to do this.

Is there a way to display all scheduled live videos for a group or a page?
Scheduled videos are displayed as live videos when they are going live. But there is no way currently to fetch them before they go live.

No, it will only work for WP admin user. The Buddypress users can see the videos but they cannot fetch videos from their own Facebook account/page.

I am getting “Video Unavailable This video may no longer exist, or you don’t have permission to view it.” I get the same with live and newly uploaded videos too which I know have no restrictions on. Need to get this website live tomorrow and need the feed to work desperately now.
Most probably there is some restriction on the videos. Please check this by opening the video in a browser without logging in to Facebook.

I am getting the error Can’t load URL: The domain of this URL isn’t included in the app’s domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and sub-domains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings.
I am 100% I have entered the correct url.
The only thing I noticed was when I set up the app the options were different there were4 options not 3. I selected “Build connected experiences” is that right?

HI. I’ve just purchased this as I have been asked to live stream a funeral for a dear friend on FB Live but also make it accessible for people that do not have Facebook accounts.
I’ve made a dummy run Facebook page for testing purposes and it’s all connected fine, but when I record a FB live video, nothing appears. Literally all I’m getting is after a short while (and a page refresh) a link to the video on FB appears with no styling or preview.
Im guessing that I’m just missing a setting somewhere but I simply cannot work out where I’m going wrong.

Hi Andy,
This issue may be caused by one of the following:
- Your theme is adding < p > tags in the output of Shortcode. Please use the following code in functions.php of your theme to disable automatic < p > tags in content: remove_filter( ‘the_content’, ‘wpautop’ );
- If you are using a page builder, you have probably put the Shortcode in a wrong widget. Please use some widget like Shortcode widget or Custom HTML widget for the Shortcode.

I sent a message already 3days ago. Before to buy this plugin I seenhere that I can use it in a network/miltisite environment, but when I tru to instal it and add the licence in some subsite, that don’t works. That seems works only on one subsite.

Yes the plugin does work flawlessly with WP multisite as you already have tested but that does not mean a single license will suffice all the websites on a WP multisite setup. Please contact us via item support email and our sales team may devise a custom package for you for multiple licenses.

Hi, why I need to refresh my website to show the facebook live? Else it is not working.
Sorry for the late response on this.
The live video currently requires a page refresh; this was done on purpose to keep minimum load on the hosting. However, the site wide notification bar is already Ajax based and appears automatically. The best workaround is to use Site Wide notification bar and link it to the page where you have put the live embed code.
We will work to find an efficient way to make the video appear automatically as well. You can expect this in the coming updates but we cannot promise any timeline as of now.

Yes you can embed multiple pages and groups. However, the Facebook user logging in on the settings page of the plugin must be an admin of all of the pages/groups being integrated.

You can test this by manually embedding a few videos in the slider. If they work fine then they will work fine with the plugin as well.
