In any case, when a customer places an order, WooCommerce by default sends an email to the admin or to the emails configured in WooCommerce itself. In WooCommerce B2B Sales Agents there is a special option that allows the sending of a copy of this email also to the customer’s reference agent. hi. is there anyway to just turn on a payment method for a particular group of users instead of disabling it? I would like wholesale buyers to pay via bank transfer but if I turn it on, my B2C customers will see this option when they checkout as well, which shouldnt be available to them
Hi sminghui, in WooCommerce B2B payment methods and shipping methods can only be disabled per group. However, bear in mind that the default GUEST group also includes all unregistered and non-logged in customers, so you may want to disable your payment method for the GUEST group. 1. Prices are calculated based on the customer’s group, so it is necessary that the customer is registered and logged in and has a group. The customer can choose their own group (there is an option that activates this possibility) but during registration and not at checkout.

The problem was that everything with currencies was okay except the tier pricing. The tier pricing didn’t calculate to other currencies it only changed the symbol for example the tier pricing was 10Eur for 10pieces … but when switching to other currency it showed 10CZK or 10USD for 10 pieces… and it didnt calculate the correct price it just changed the symbol of the currency. But in normal pricing everything was working fine. Thats our question. Thanks a lot for your reply.
Hi HomeSystem, consider that tier prices are passed to WooCommerce’s “wc_price” function, so if the plugin you use for currencies uses hooks in this function, it should work.

Hi, I use the “WooCommerce B2B Sales Agents” plugin for calculating agent commissions. Using this plugin is it possible to assign different percentage commissions based on the group? Or set a commission not as a percentage but fixed per product? Hi freefugga, if you refer to backend, I’m sorry but WooCommerce B2B logo is used to identify the sections dedicated to the plugin and it is not possible to remove it unless you modify the plugin files (not recommended).
Regarding the package quantity, I’m sorry but it is considered at the product level, not on the single variation.
