but after purchase the code when you will config the project you will receive the OTP

3-We are using php + cakePHP for backend
4-This app has customer app + backend+ admin panel for rider version you have to purchase the rider app too

I think you should have made it possible for a user to make multiple deliveries in one order request.

Please explain how it should work?
I mean,
the first step in the user app should be the user setting the pickup location,
the second is where the user will set delivery location with the recipient name and phone number. I think the email address is not needed. (too much info makes making orders harder to complete),
on the same page, there should be a plus sign (+) that a user can tap on to add additional delivery request, setting up the delivery location, recipient name and phone number, this can enable them to make one order for up maybe 5 deliveries at a single delivery request.
this way if a user needs to make multiples deliveries they can make all at once and won’t have to wait for hours or days to make another request and wait for another delivery guy to come over for pickup.
I hope this feature can be implemented, and take away the email address for the delivery recipient section, it is not needed, it only increases the amount of time needed to make an order.
also, can you make the phone number column able to pick a number from the phone book directly?

I’ve noticed drivers cannot manually accept a trip that is within km radius. Admin has to assign the trip to driver first then driver can accept or reject. Possible to make this feature on your next update? “Display pending trips based on driver radius”

There is nothing wrong with the script. The issue is with your server. Sometimes your server gives the response and sometimes it doesn’t. We are still trying to figure out why its happening. You need to keep the patience and wait for our team to reply you

As a FYI to all buyers and potential buyers the developer takes a long time to reply to support issues. I had to wait a week to get a response and the issue has still not be fixed. I had to move onto a different script.
