Hi,

I am interested in buying Bookly pro but I have some doubts:

- Bookly Group Booking is compatible with Bookly Recurring Appointments? - Can I get paid without having a Bookly Cart?

Basically I want to have this:

A client can book a maximum of x days (1h within the specified time) per month or x days (1h within the specified time) per week.

Any client can reserve the same time of another reservation as if it were a group

I don’t know what plugins work for this or if it works as I needed

Please note that Bookly is designed to work with a weekly schedule. After you set up the staff member’s schedule, this schedule will be repeated for the following weeks. Please note that the system takes into account the staff member’s schedule when rendering available time slots in the front-end/booking.

So the availability offered in the booking form is based on the schedule of the staff member. Whereas, the interval of the slots offered is regulated with the time slot length as this is the basis of how the hours are divided and presented in the booking form.

The add-ons https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/features/ are intended to help give more flexibility to achieve desired features.

“Bookly Group Booking is compatible with Bookly Recurring Appointments?”

Yes, Bookly Recurring Appointments Add-on is compatible with Bookly Group Booking Add-on.

“Can I get paid without having a Bookly Cart?”

Yes, you’ll get paid even without the Bookly Cart Add-on. Please check this article: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212413769-Payment-Options for available payment options.

Kindly note that the Bookly Cart Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212969945-Cart-Add-on allows your clients to book several appointments for different services for multiple visits (different dates/times) by placing them in a cart.

So the “Book More” button is added in the summary step of the booking process and that will take the user back to the first step while retaining the current booking in the cart.

Please note that at the moment, Cart cannot be enabled together with the WooCommerce online payment integration.

It allows you to let your clients book a series of recurring appointments in one session: choose repetition interval, last date, or the number of recurrences, and a series of time slots will be booked. Kindly note that, at this time, setting a limitation of the repetition (i.e.: up to 5 sessions only) in the back-end isn’t supported yet.

we need only 3 time slots available per day and each time slot is 2 hours long separated by a 30 minute break but currently it’s showing about 5 different time slots between our business hours and we’re not sure how to change this

If we offer a service where up to 4 people can attend, does the user have to submit the form 4 individual times or can they purchase the service with the number of people attending?

With this add-on 1 customer can book an appointment for 4 persons, without the need to book it 4 times (he’ll just need to choose 4 persons on the first step of the booking form).

The time slots are not displaying 1 of 4 or 2 of 4, etc. How do we implement this?

This format can be displayed on the second step of the booking form. You can choose this format or how places are still available in Settings -> Group Bookings -> Group bookings information format.

With this add-on it’s posible on the calendar that the trainerr will see all the names from the cours?

for example, the trainer X on day monday, on hour 19-20, he can see on the calendar all the peaople that wil arrive at him cours?

Hi

I continue with doubts about the operation of Bookly and its capabilities.

1- why can’t I edit the employees/staff once they are created? Do not edit them!

2- I need to be able to assign the service a different price according to the seasons of the year. The calendar should show a different price depending on the date the customer chooses, such as high, medium or low season.

Waiting for a clear solution in this regard, without elucidating as other occasions.

Hi I have a question before buying. I have apartments for rent. Can a customer reserve an apartment for example 4 days and calculate the price automatically on the payment page, for example $ 100 per day = 400 total reservation

You should be able to set your service duration to 1 day then please check if one of these add-ons will work for your requirements:

Hi,

I would like to export my Appointments to CSV, but I need the customers first and last name in separate fields. So I activated the option „Use first and last name instead of full name“ in step 3 of the booking process. But in the table „Appointments“ it is just showing in one field (Customers name), instead of two separate fields (First name and Last name).

I’ve tried to change the table settings over the „eye“, but there’s no matching option available.

I have doubts with the different addons… Apart from having Bookly Pro, I need an option, field, Ad-don to: Create a service with different prices depending on the number of people.

I think it should not be something difficult, but I can not find an option that allows it or any information about it.

Example - Yoga class 3 hours 4 people – $(price) 5 people – $(price) 6 people – $(price)

If you have one of the Bookly add-ons that allow your clients to book several appointments per session installed and activated, the Bookly Discounts Add-on will allow you to set up conditional discounts that will be applied during checkout if the booking details match the requirements you’ve set.

Currently, there are two conditions that can be used to create a pricing rule which will reduce the cost of the booking:
- Number of persons in the appointment
- Number of appointments booked in one session

And if several created discounts match the condition for the discount during the booking, all existing discounts will be applied.

Currently, discounts are applied only when the booking is made via the front-end booking form, so they don’t work when you create appointments via the backend yet.

I would like to request a refund for Bookly Pro and Group Bookings as the plugins will not allow me to do what I need to do. I have wasted too much time trying to work out how make a simple booking that allows users to book class based courses that extend over several days! Bookly is great for other applications but the whole setup does not work for us! Please can you arrange for refund as I have already removed from my site now.

I’m looking for a booking system for my website that incorporates pricing (not checkout, just quotes), and I was hoping you could let me know if your system would be capable of these requirements:

I book bands for weddings. I have four different bands (with four different schedules).

BASIC FUNCTIONALITY:

Scenario One: On my website, a customer will choose the day they’d like to book. The site will show the customer which of the four bands are not yet booked.

Scenario Two: On my website, a customer will choose the band they’d like to book. The site will show the customer which dates this band has available for booking.

PRICING FUNCTIONALITY:

I’d like to be able to show pricing as well, but this gets tricky. Each band’s price fluctuates based on the date, as well as various optional add-ons.

For example, Band 1 might cost $10,000 on a monday in January, but $20,000 for a Saturday in June.

Also, Band 1 is a five piece band. If the customer wants to add a horn section, this might add $2,000 if they book in January, or $5,000 for June.

Does your system handle showing pricing with these kind of variable attributes?

OTHER FUNCTIONALITY:

If a customer has a band in mind, but the band is already booked for the date they request, I’d like the system to recommend a different band that is available for that date.

Hi, I have purchased both the Group Booking and Custom Fields Add ons.

I want to collect the name and email for each person in the group booking.

For example, if a customer selects 2 persons then, it will look for in custom fields: Person 1 name Person 1 email Person 2 name Person 2 email

If a customer selects 3 person then it will look for in custom fields: Person 1 name Person 1 email Person 2 name Person 2 email Person 3 name Person 3 email

So it will display the correct number of fields based on the number of persons selected. Is the above possible?

But with tasks add-on, they can book without any timeslot. So you are saying if/when there are assigned a time for the appointment the next one booking this service cannot book in this time slot? This is ok, just as long as the whole service is not blocked.

Installed the groups add-on, and it’s asking for the purchase code. However there is no field in the list to add it (settings > purchase codes). The other add-ons are there, but there’s none showing for the groups add-on. I’ve tried uninstalling and re-installing, but that didn’t fix it.
