We are running Wordpress 5.7 page builder 6.0 and advanced custom fields 5.9.5

I’m having issues with WP Page Bakery loading on the Custom Fields I assigned it to. Not sure if there is an updated version that would fix this problem or not. I’m using the Porto WordPress Theme if that helps anything – I believe they are using their own version of WP Page Bakery.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I purchased and installed and activated the ACF-VC Integrator plugin, and I do not see “Visual Composer” as an option inside of ACF (as in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D7d3nLzFvlU). But I do see the element inside of Visual Composer, everything is updated. Thanks so much!

Hi there, I have recently bought this plugin a couple of weeks ago and I noticed a strange issue. - I am not able to get the term of a post (get_the_terms returns false) when this post has a description. If I delete the shortcode stored in the description field in the database, it works fine. I also sometimes get “Error dispatching request to” on the apache error log. For other terms, it is working fine, I don’t know if it’s coming from a difference between term description.

I have an ACF repeater field set up with a VC editor block in it so client can create multiple fields with a VC editor. Its limiting the user to only creating a max of 2 entries in the field group – e.g. you can only add 2 additional editor items when edit the page. So you have the main WP content editor as a VC editor and then 2 additional VC editors added by the repeater field.

When you load the page in the WP admin, sometimes only one of the repeater field editors loads the existing content saved into it. Other times both editors are blank – even though there is content stored in the DB for the VC editors.

When first brought to our attention by our client, we were unable to replicate this ourselves – neither in Edge, Firefox or Chrome (all on Windows). Our client however couldn’t get the editors to load the existing content in Chrome or Firefox (both on windows).

Mind you we just checked today that all of us are running the latest versions of all browsers.

Just today I am able to half way replicate this. In Firefox on Windows, the first repeater field editor loads the content, but the second does not.

We still have a member on our team who is still able to load both repeater field editors in both Chrome and Firefox. So if you are following along here, we have

2 client team members who cannot get either repeater editor block to load 1 client team member who can get it to load only in Firefox

1 internal team member who can get it load in Chrome, but not Firefox 1 internal team member who can get both editors to load in both Firefox and Chrome

All team members, internal and client are admin level users and we have vc_snippet enabled for all editor types in the Visual Composer settings panel.

We are running the Bridge theme with the latest version installed. Latest version of WordPress and all plugins have been updated to the latest version across the board.

For what its worth this is running in a WP multisite environment. Unfortunately due to security constraints with this particular server, we are unable to provide admin access. FTP does not exist on this server as its locked down to SSH key only connections.

We do not have ACF installed (free or pro), just what comes with your plugin. This has been installed and working just fine for over a year at this point.

We have tried ticking “Force shortcodes processing on posts and pages” within the settings panel for your plugin, but that did not do anything.

Really at a loss as to what would cause such inconsistencies between users and browsers.

I appreciate any thoughts you may have.

Where do we view the changelog for this plugin please? Also where is the latest version listed? We have inherited a site using what looks to be an old version of this plugin. Looking to establish if purchasing the latest version will fix the issue. It appears your plugin is making the WPBakery layout load only for the user that initially submitted the content. Other admin users cannot see the content. Strange problem…..

I’m having issues with your plugin, initially i seemed to load ok but now all of a sudden it will not load at all, or very very rarely.

All i get is a grey window, or sometime it shows that there is no content when there already is.

The console isn’t showing any obvious errors.

Great plugin! I have a question about using the repeater field. I have a title and link and want the title to render with the link as the URL. I purchased your WP ACF-VC Bridge plugin today, and unfortunately there is a p tag which is wrapping around the Visual Composer content.

I’ve tried switching to WYSIWYG, removing the p tags and then switching back to Visual Composer field type, but as soon as I save it adds them again.

Hello. I have purchased this bridge a few times but having issues on one of my sites. It has a portfolio section and the bridge is working as the visual composer is appearing in the portfolio section. In Portfolio i have categories and then i have items or posts. When i go into an item or post the visual composer is showing and i am able to use it and create text and add images as normal, however when i update the page and preview the frontend, nothing is showing.
