If you have two or more Image Carousels in one page this error is thrown. So Copy this shortcode, add your images then duplicate to make 2 or 3 copies of the widget and the error will appear:

As you can see the bug is tested in Twenty Twenty One theme and it randomly appears.

Hi, A plugin like yours that is being used by millions of websites shouldn’t do those structural updates that affect websites.
In ver 6.4.1 using vc_map for a textfield I was using ‘value’ => mt_rand(), This was generating a random value in frontend editor mode, if I drop the same element multiple times then it would have different random numbers without refreshing the page. Now with ver 6.6.0 it generates the same value every time I add the same element without refresh. Looks like you have changed the pattern of frontend editor mode.
I don’t have a license for this as I am using it with the theme.

After updating the plugin I can no longer update the page because it adds html tags before the elements and pages break when I save them. I sent two tickets 2 tickets, one of which was almost 2 days ago and nobody is responding to emails. I need this fixed so my site can work again. Hello, You can change post grid layout using grid builder to create a custom grid template. Unfortunately, it does not support adding multiple parameters for the grid filter.

I’ve sent two tickets days ago and haven’t heard back. I installed the latest version and for some reason WP Bakery adds a
tag on update which breaks the page. Can someone please tell me how to fix this or answer my tickets?
Hello, We respond to the tickets within 12-24 hours. Currently we do not have a pending ticket requiring a reply for more than 24 hours. Kindly check your email spam folder as sometimes the reply might land there. If the issue still persist, then please share your ticket id with us and an alternate email id where the reply can be forwarded.

There is nothing in my spam folder and all other emails were received. I don’t have a ticket ID from brainforce anywhere in the email. I have received responses in the past. Is there an official way to report general bugs? Since the update to 6.6.0, the Masonry Post Grid generates additional p-tags. I am not concerned with individual support, as I purchased the license through a theme and therefore cannot get support. However, I find it strange that there is no way to report bugs. No mail address, no contact form for bug reporting. And via Facebook there is only a reference to the ticket system. However, I can only write to you a ticket if you buy a license, but I don’t see that, because I just want to describe the bug precisely in your interest and probably also in the interest of more of your customers.
Hello, When the license is received with the theme, in this case any issue should be reported to the theme developer. The theme developer can then forward it to us as they have purchased the extended license.

Hi guys, we (as a web agency) have numerous client sites running on the WP Bakery page builder but some of the theme providers seem to be introducing Elementor as an option. I had already one case where the theme provider (Newspaper theme) stopped fully supporting WP Bakery and the disruption of manually migrating their site to their version of Elementor was quite big.
My question is this:
Let’s say the theme provider stops supporting WP Bakery and only provides a new version of its themes only based on Elemntor. Is there any way for me to keep using their new version of the theme and still using WP Bakery?
Hello, If you purchase a direct plugin license from us, then you can update the plugin yourself, so that you can keep using it with the updated version of the theme.

I think you probably missed this part: “Let’s say the theme provider stops supporting WP Bakery and only provides a new version of its themes only based on Elemntor.”
- The existing template design is available only with elementor shortcodes sonce the theme provided started supporting only this. The theme has the same design but no longer WB shortcodes are there. Even in this case WPB will work?

Suddenly I can’t edit with the bakery builder. It appears text and code but no the visual builder. Also I can’t see or edit Yoast SEO and more things going on that seem to be an error. I already deactivated all the plugins one by one to see if something was making this error but nothing changed. I bought the licence may 2019, does someone knows if I need to buy something else? Can I update the wordpress to the latest version? Please HELPPPPPP!!

Why is support for your product being dropped everywhere? I love your product I don’t buy a theme that doesn’t have your product integrated into it. Now I am interest in using AMP but no plugin agrees to work with WPbakery page builder. How does anyone use your page builder with AMP?

I am rebuilding my website and downloaded the most current versions of WordPress and my theme, Waxom. When I install required plugins, it says that WPBakery requires an update from 6.5.0 to 6.6.0.
I click to update and it says it is updating, but then I get the same update message. Any thoughts as to why?

Hi guys,
My support has expired so I can’t create a a ticket.
I’ve noticed a bug that when using the builder a custom post type, and styles set within a component aren’t applying, such as adding a background to a column, paddings etc.

Hell, I’ve purchased at Mar 2016, I’ve never asked any support, hope you can answer a small question that I never figured out. I’ve active licence code, and reinstall plugin few time, at admin page under pagebuilder option, there isn’t any “template” link. Only general settings ’ role manager ’ vc-color ’ vc-updater ’ short code maper ’ grid builder ’ about ’ links. no template related links?

I’ve got a pre-sales question.
Three years ago, I bought a theme which was powered by WPBakery.
Unfortunately though, the theme is not being updated or maintained since Aug 2019.
I would like to keep the WPBakery in good health, as it is starting to be outdated and unfortunately being hacked.
Therefore, I’m thinking about purchasing a license.
Will I be able to install it, overwriting the existing one, on my instance without losing any data or website design?
I’m currently on version 5.7…

Hello, There will not be any issue if the original version received with the theme was not customised by the theme developer by modifying the core plugin files. However, if the core plugin files were modified, then it can cause an issue as those modifications will be lost upon the update.
