Hi,
I created a biopage and all is working fine together with a custom backhalf yesterday.
However today, when I tried to change the background image & Update the biolink, it gives me “Your entered link has an invalid format! Maybe you’re missing the https:// from the url?”
FYI, I did not change anything on the URL at all, just the uploading a new image & clicked update.

You can add more social networks in the footer of the biolink page by editing one single file.
To add extra blocks, there is more work to do than editing just one file, its possible though, but you would be responsible for the changes you want to do.

If a plan has expired All of his Biolinks will be inaccessible?
Does he get automatically transferred to a free package or cannot log in to the account?

If a plan expires, when the user next logs in he will be transferred to the Free plan (if active) or be required to pay to use the functions of the site. The biolink page will still be publicly accessibly, but he will not be able to change anything.

Phpbiolinks was not created in such way to have “templates”, as everything can be custom edited, manually in the biolink settings. There is no feature like this, but it can definitely be implemented custom by a developer if you are looking for something like this.

I understand what you mean, thank you. This is not possible, no, as the shortening feature of the product is a more “minimal” one, as the product is not really focused towards shortening, but more towards providing a proper biolink page.
I will keep this in mind for the future, though!

However, I have a few more questions in which I can’t find the answer in the documentation.
1. What is the best dimension & file size for Profile Logo, Background Image & Image Thumbnail? I noticed some users uploading a very big size image thus slows down the loading & impacting other users loading time.
2. For users custom domain, does the admin (me) need to do anything else other than approve in admin dashboard?
3. For Links icon, I notice is uses FontAwesome icon class. Is there the Free Version or Paid Version of the FontAwesome?
4. Is the any documentation for admin? (basic configuration after install. ie How to create plans etc)
5. Is there any documentation for uses? i.e. How to create a Biopage etc

1 – There is no actual guidelines for this that I can give you, you can give these kind of guidelines to your users based on what you’d like them to upload (you can edit the language file to give recommendations via text). In the future, I will most likely add a file upload limited based on size.
2 – Yes, please check the documentation.
3 – Free version.
4 – Nope, other than what you see on the actual documentation of the product, as the vast majority of the functions you can do in the admin panel are documented with helper texts and self-explanatory.
5 – Same answer as 4.

1 – I can recommend you to give your users guidelines to upload avatars as 1:1 ratio first of all, and maximum of 500×500, that would be enough.
2 – Nope! You also need to connect your custom domain to your host, so that the custom domain is issued an SSL certificate and approved as a new domain on your host.

In order to use the product for business and get paid by your users, you need the extended license.
1 – The envato license terms are clearly specifying this.
“Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users can be charged for. The total price includes the item price and a buyer fee.”
2 – I am also writing about it in the requirements of the product.
“If you plan to use this product to get paid by your users on the platform ( use the payment systems ) then you must purchase the Extended License, enforced by the terms written by Envato.”
3 – It is also mentioned in my presentation images.

3. If a user uploads their first image under LINKS or Profile Photo or Background Image. Then they decided to change the image to a 2nd image in the same link, does Biolinks deletes it permanently or is it still reside in my server?
