The page I’m using for the iFrame has buy links in it that when clicked are NOT going to a new tab which is what I want to happen. I’m using free version. If I buy the Pro version, is there a way to force the links to go to a new tab? For example

No. Autoplay is not allowed by many browsers. So sometimes the video plays when you start it without sound. Otherwise a user interaction is needed.

Can I have a iframe of an url and all links and actions in that url will be performed in the iframe without leaving or closing? I have access to all domains involved and am inserting a WP page with and ACF form into an HTML site.
It depends on your links and the target attribute you have there. The plugin can also change this dynamically if needed. So have you checked where you jump out of the iframe?

Basically I have a script that I bought in Codecanyon and it is a website that gives a certain service and the user has a dashboard.
I have another website with a dashboard with a different script. I want to display the content that is on some pages in the dashboard on the second site using iframe.
The problem when doing such an action is that it is not possible to register or connect to the site through the iframe and this creates problems.
I need to be able to connect to the other dashboard via the iframe and there will be no bug or blockage.
If it works that way then the result will be good.
Can you help me solve this?

This will not fix you issues you have with now I think. The issue I assume is that cookie do not work then because they are not created properly. Please see: http://www.tinywebgallery.com/blog/advanced-iframe/advanced-iframe-pro-demo/how-to-use-the-samesite-cookie-fix – for most users rewriting the cookies with .htaccess is a solution. I have done this for some customers which had the same issue with woocommerce.
You can press F12 and then check the browser console. There is a issue tab as well where cookie issues are reported. You also can compare the cookie you have standalone and when included in the iframe.

Hello, is there any way to set a minimum height for the iframe? I have a requirement to display an external page as an iFrame. I am already using the “ai_external.js” for this it basically works too. Only it would be great – if I can define a minimum height – because it can happen in some special constellations that the resizing does not work, and the iFrame then becomes too small (dynamic elements that expand and collapse).

I am using the standard version and considering the Pro version. Question: I am successfully displaying a table in the iFrame and would like to have a MODAL pop up with unique content as the user moves from row to row. I use jQuery to track mouse movements and to build the unique content. This table & popup code works fine when not in the iFrame. In the iFrame there is simply no response. Would the Pro version solve this or is it not possible in an iFrame? Thanks
I don’t think there is a difference. Have you check the browser console for any errors when you run everything in an iframe? Maybe you have some code which need to be rewritten to also work there.

I have 2 domains in which one has a custom search engine, and I am trying to iframe a certain page (with your plugin) to the other domain. The page to enter search parameters has a height of around 600px (content only) and the search results end up at 2000px. How can I get the domain with iframe plugin to be dynamic with page height from original domain. Also, the scroll bars are not working.

WTH? Updating the plugin via Wordpress’ updater that EVERY OTHER SINGLE PLUGIN USES actually deletes the Pro version and installs the Free version? Total failure, guys, go back to programming school.
Please see the text displayed on the plugins page:
“Please update this plugin with versions from codecanyon only. Do not enable automatic updates on the plugins page! Otherwise you get the free version again.”
Unfortunately code canyon does not provide an auto updater. The pro version has a different code than the free version and can therefore not be delivered through Wordpress.
Since the last versions of Wordpress updating is really easy. Just install the zip you got from codecanyon over the old version.
Currently a check for the purchase code is implemented. Once this is fully rolled out it is possible to have the same version also on Wordpress. This is just quite some work to make this properly as I don’t like that there are issues with the verification and paid users have more problems than the free users.

Free plugins or plugins with a license system do not have the issue like my free version as all the code is stored at Wordpress. All others need to use either a custom updater or use the ways envato provides.
I checked that now envato is now also providing a plugin to update.

so why does the Pro version spark an update to the Free version? They should have different version numbers. Why can every other plugin developer figure it out, and you can’t?
If it would be so simple I would have already done it. Believe me.
90% install the free version first. In the beginning I had the pro version as a separate name with a separate version. Almost every day I got someone who had problems as they installed the free and the pro version at the same time and of course this causes problems. The different version numbers confused them even more. Also using different shortcodes to solve this is not an option as for an upgrade than all shortcodes of a page needs to be changed. This is a lot of work for many people. Therefore I decided to make the update from the free to the pro version simpler. All fies can simply be overwritten or the normal wordpress uploader replaces all of this when you use the updater. I also disable the update message from Wordpress was disabled and I added the text only to update through codecaynon.
Like I have shown you you can to it manually or through the envato market place plugin.
Starting at 5.5. auto updates where introduced and in the beginning I have not seen the way to disable this. Because of your comment I searched yesterday and found the solution wp-rocket is using. I have now implemented this and now the link to enable auto updates is disabled and the docuemtnation goes to the code canyon plugin for auto updates.
The final solution to have also the pro code on Wordpress would only work by having a licence server connected to code canyon. There is no out of the box solution for this and I simply have the time especially during corona to continue on this.

I’ve had to switch off the lazy load cause i’m showing clients.
I also get aiResizeIframe is not defined when I have the lazy load switched off. I’ve had to use a different module for the lazy load.

which lazy load do you mean? lazy load of scripts in general? This you need to disable. Because the onload event of the iframe needs the methods. If they are loaded after the iframe page is loaded this does not work. or my internal lazy load?
One option is to load the ai.js in the header! check the options for this. If your iframes are simply loaded too fast you need to include this file before the iframes.

Unfortunately yes. This is a code canyon license I cannot change. I would also like to have a kind of enterprise license. About wooCommerce. This is a cookie problem. you put something to the cart but the cart stays empty because the cookie has no samesite parm set and therefore is not stored. Please see here:

Hi, I checked kinsta. They are running nginx. the this can be done with proxy_cookie_path – you should contact them and add this to your config. They need to make the cookie secure and set SameSite=None

The thing is that won’t work as we are unable to set the code as there are no nginx modules installed to support this “proxy_cookie_path” Due to this when I discussed with the team we came up with and suggestion that for this case, you could set up an CloudFlare account and put your website behind it as for your website to be proxied and have this cookie set to secure from CloudFlare settings. Hope you understand, we never want to play ping pong and toss issues around as we always try to solve and resolve anything that is possible on our end.
If we had this module installed and allowed by our system admins we would’ve already add this code for you. At the moment that is not possible and could be achieved only through CloudFlare. Hope this clears your thoughts on this.

This would be a feature of the login page! The iframe it self cannot login. If the login page would support this you can forward parameters to the page in the iframe. Normally this is not the case.

No – if they have added the x-iframe header to block this you should ask them to remove it.
