There are more than one way to do that in the ARB booking plugin. If you have multiple products with the same available dates, then the easiest way is:
Step 1: ‘Enable’ resource for your product and in the ‘edit resource page’ choose the time/date/month ranges which are not available and set them as ‘NO’.
Step 2: Choose the available time/date/month ranges as ‘Yes’ (note: you can add as many ranges as you need). For example if you want 4th April – 10th June 2021 as available, then choose the date range 2021-04-04 to 2021-06-10 and set them as ‘Yes’.
Step 3 (optional): If you have multiple products with the same availability settings, you can easily do so by assigning the same resource for those products.
Step 4 (optional): If you don’t want to display the ‘Resource’ on the front-end, you can choose the ‘Automatically assigned’ option from the given drop-down field (labeled ’Resources are…’) in the ‘resource’ tab. The documentation of ARB will guide you with screenshots.

So far, we are very impressed with your plugin, and your approach to it. We help small cities and communities to have a more complete representation on the web. We would like to look at this for multiple communities (separate licenses, obviously).
We are about to purchase this for evaluation, but had a couple questions. Is there any plans to integrate with more calendars (MS365, iCloud)? Also, It would be incredible if there were the ability to integrate this with Zapier, something we use for tons of functionality between disparate systems. Do you have a public roadmap for functionality?

We have purchased your plugin for our courses booking functionality, We were setting plugin for a 3 days course which starts from 6th April – 8th April 2021,
We were having problem in setting up availability section, its not showing reservable dates, we are confuse how to setup it for this type of fixed 3 days course.
& please guide how we can add “Request a Quote” option instead of “add to cart” . We want to use “Add to cart” but for our knowledge from where we can enable it?

Hi your plugin looks perfect for me however I have a couple of questions that I hope you can answer as I have been messed around by booking plugins before. Basically, I need to provide a way for a customer to book a 45min slot for a class, however the class could be at one location in the morning and with a specific teacher, then that same class could be at a different location in the afternoon (with the same teacher), plus combinations of this e.g. different teachers, locations, time slots and classes etc. Also, if a customer books a block of say 4 classes they should get a discount. Does ARB support these scenarios please?

i have courses: yoga, meditation etc and two types online or at home. Both types will have the same dates and time slotes The customer need to have possibility to buy one or more tickets up to five. Every ticket cost 10eur. If he choose 5 it should cost 50eurs.
So the journey should be: The customer choose one of the courses, choose the type home or online, choose the date and time slot, select how many tickets and when hit the book button it should go on the orders page where can finish the order with woocommerce.
Also our website is using polylang, could i use your plugin as multilingual. english/german

1. Tutors will manage their own schedules. ie. each will have his/her OWN CALENDAR etc. Can that be done with your plugin?
2. I also need a commission based ie similar to Multi-vendor Marketplace plugin => when a booking is ordered. I receive a percentage on the sale. Can that be set up with your plugin?
3. There will be ONE-On-ONE and Group Bookings. Can the resource ie the TUTOR be linked to his/her WP user profile?

If we have a few spas, each will have a product page (I have seen that we can put it on one product page, but for interest sake)
Each spa has their own schedules, but will be moving it to our site, so:
E.g
Spa 1 Wednesday 23 Dec, will be unavailable from 2pm-4pm Thursday 24 Dec, off Friday 25 December, off Saturday 26 December, available all day Sunday off Monday unavailable 10am-1pm

Ans: Yes, you can set different schedules for your different Spa programs. In addition, if you want you can create different products for your different spa programs.

Ans: If you set as Maximum 1 reservation per slot, then yes, that slot will be unavailable for any other users.

Ans: It’s a guarantee for the users that the money spent for the plugin will be worth it. If not, the money will be given back so that the users can use the money to purchase some other plugins instead of ARB.
Any user who finds a bug ( which cannot be solved by the Support team ) in the plugin can claim a refund of course. Please note: refund offer does not mean the user will be able to use the product without owning a valid license. Refund means the user gets his money back and will not use the product anymore. So, as soon as the money is refunded, the plugin license will be invalid and purchase code and token numbers will be invalid as well. The plugin cannot be used by the refunded user anymore.

The demo content is in XML format. Please unzip your downloaded file ‘ARB -Reservation-and-Booking-Appointment-for-WooCommerce.zip’ and you will find the ‘Demo_Data’ folder. In that folder you will get the 3 xml files of demo content. The file names are:
1. ARB_Demo_Reservable_Products.xml
2. ARB_Demo_Reservable_Person_Types.xml
3. ARB_Demo_Reservable_Resources.xml
If you need more help finding the demo content, please contact the Support Team and they will help you with screenshots. If you need they will send you the xml files of demo content directly to your email.

Hello! I really like the plugin but I am going crazy trying to set up some basic things. After spending like more than 5 hours I thought I got into a good place but today I got me first 3 reservations of the same product, all good UNTIL I saw that the calendar updated as individual product, not like a general calendar. So, it seems now I am booked for 1 product but for the other 3 products I offer I am still available at those times….some help???

I reached the support team and they have sent me the information you need, to set up your products as you are looking for.
From your description we assume you have created 4 products with ARB and you want to be unavailable as soon as any one of your products is booked for a certain time slot. In order to do that you need to ‘Add New Resource’. The resource can be ‘Your designation’ or ‘Your name’ or anything else. Then enable ‘resource’ for each of your products (the documentation of ARB can help you on this). And, from the ‘resource’ tab of the product, choose the resource you just created. Do this for your all 4 products.
This will suggest the ARB plugin that the same resource is assigned to every product; so when one of your products is booked that means the resource is booked. Same resource will not be available for another product for that certain time slot.
However, if you need anymore clarification with screenshots and so, please reply to the support email and they will help you with everything you need.

I’m looking at your 1 hour demo, I need to sell reservations for maximum 60 attendees per hour slot, but the customer should only be able to book a maximum number of 6 places per booking of the available 60 places.
Can I charge different prices per attendee? Using my above example of 6 people: 4 children and 2 adults. The adult price is £10, the children price is £7. Total £48.
When my example customer books their 6 places will the total now available be 54 or 59 (because one person has done the booking albeit for 6 places)?
Can I set a buffer time between each available slot to allow for cleaning? i.e. Slot is 9-10am but cleaning takes 15 minutes, so next slot would be 10:15, then 11:30, 12:45 and so on or do I simply create slots at 9, 10:15, 11:30, 12:45…etc?

1. ARB creates WooCommerce products, the difference is without ARB you can create ‘General products’ but with ARB you can create ‘Reservable products’ as you are seeing in our live demo. The ordering/adding to cart/checkout of Reservable products will work exactly the same way as the General products of WooCommerce.
2. Specifying size or color of a product is a feature of Variable products of WooCommerce. So, you cannot have this feature with ARB since ARB creates ‘Reservable products’ (not variable products).
3. Google Calendar will show not only the reservation id but also the person’s name, email address and user id of that person.
4. The Google Calendar add-on makes one way syncing, meaning whenever a new booking order is paid, completed or confirmed, that booking order will be synced automatically to your Google Calendar.

Hello, is it possible to set up reservation for 2 lenght in minutes (45 minutes and 60 minutes)? I need - Number of persons - Lenght of lesson (45 min = 10,00€, 60 min = 13,00€) - Number of choosen lessons hours (5, 10, 15, 20 …) - Frequency (1x per week, 2x per week, 3x per week, daily)
Total price would be number of people*lenghth of lesson * number of chosen hours
Hows will show callendar reservation of 45 minutes and 60 minutes?

You can make this work if you set your slots for 15 minutes each, and the minimum reservation slots should be 3 and maximum is 4. In that way 3×15=45 minutes would be the minimum length of a lesson and those who want the 60 minutes length lessons, they will choose 4 slots (4×15=60 minutes).

Can I use the extended license to use in multiple website domains b) Does this work with woocommerce multi-vendor plugin?
