Hi: We want to buy but this Theme does NOT support Stripe gateway, can we use the standard Woocommerce gateway plugins to accept payments?

2- Can employees or teachers create their own sessions on the front end and register to my website to use your plugin or do I need to add them manually. Like Amelia plugin.

so i have a jewelry store, and i ‘m using product extra option , and i would like to after they select their option of the product and they click book now a schedule calendar pop up. and they can book an appointment. their order is placed but is pending until paid. offline . or sent an invoice.

Can this app accommodate this situation:

One person booking two full day classroom sessions and 5 individual 2 hour lessons, on separate days.

They would sign up and book all of these at the same time, all under one payment/price.

Allowing them to choose two separate sessons for the classroom portion, then 5 separate sessions for individual lessons.

Hi So far I like the Backend Part of Plugin. However some important files like “style.css” and frontend files are missing says theme upload failed. Tried reaching your team and raised a ticket no response yet.

Would appreciate if you can share the missing files.

Further let us know if we can add chat/voice/video services for the appointment synced to calender? If so what would be the additional costing involved?

Its been days that ticket is raised neither I see frontend setup done, nor missing files were shared. And sadly dont even hear about my refund request response. We have a deadline coming up for lanch and no hearing from you

I want to purchase your plugin “WP Appointment Booking & Scheduling”, but I have few questions before making final decision and they are as below:

1). After purchasing an Appointment for a service does the customer and the selected staff get automated email notification or we need to do it manually from admin?

2). Instead of listing a service can we list “Staff”? Basically we will list our Staff location wise and people will book them as per their review and ratings same as your employee listing page.

3). Profiles in the Employee listing page demo is not clickable, can we make it clickable to meet the above functionality.

4). Can you arrange a admin demo, I actually tried your backend sandbox but the options are restricted?

Please make me clear about the above points so that I can decide and make purchase ASAP.

Does your plugin support group appointment booking? What I need is students select the time that’s convenient for them and book an appointment with me. And I can set the max. no. of booking for the same time slot.

And payment will vary based on the no. of booking I get.

Hi, Does this plugin work on any theme or do we need to purchase another theme for it to display the same as in your demo?

I have tried to disable all other plugins on my site and I’m still unable to get it to look and work as on the demo.

    1. On the back-end, there is no button to create a vendor, nor any way of changing the currency the plugin displays in the front-end.
    2. The “Service detail” page does not show the date dropdown or picker or locations.
    3. Also is there a way of changing the default telephone country code from the US to whatever you want?
    4. There are poor instructions throughout the documentations and nothing is clear with how to use the plugin.

Can you please help?
