Plugin doesn’t work anymore (WP 6.2.2 and WOO 7.7.0)... getting failed notification in admin as well as customers… but customers are getting charged
I’ve contacted them directly and they solved the issue in a few hours! SumUp tech support didn’t solve anything with their own plugin in two weeks (also didn’t work, well it still doesn’t work)... so wpexpertsio gets back their 5/5 star rating (just keep in mind contacting them through their website for support.

Hi, In the description, you indicate a transaction fee of 2.65%. On the SumUp page, however, the fee is 1.95%. So how much is the fee?

On SumUp website it says “When you take payments over the phone or via payment link, you’ll pay 3.25% + $0.15 per remote transaction.”
sumup.api is refusing to connect sales are completing in the sum up account but no call back the customer does not know if sale has completed this is a really serious issue… this was working fine until this morning!!!!

Hello, I tried a similar plugin but on invoice of sumup is not typing any item that customer bought, here on invoice will be written what he purchase?. Besides, is posisble to use your plugin even without authenticate, just puttin email?

The SUMUP plugin for card payment does not appear or is not complete
I have already made all the checks with the SUMUP payment gateway and I’ll tell you … … with iOS, the link that arrives in an SMS with SAFARI and FIREFOX from the mobile works correctly. And on Android, the link that arrives in an SMS with CHROME and FIREFOX from the mobile works correctly. It looks like it has been developed for the native browsers of the iOS and Android mobile operating systems. Why, the CHROME in iOS does not work the link of the SMS. Ends with Error! – Page not found. In IE does not work

Please make sure that your Pay-To email is the same email used to create your SumUp account also please make sure that your WooCommerce Currency should match your SumUp account currency.
