Hi, any known issues with your age checker plugin and the Divi theme?
We have installed and enabled the plugin, cleared cache, but it doesn’t load on any pages. Have tried fresh browser/device. Other than activating the plugin, and working through settings, anything else required to action?

Hi there in response to your questions: 1. Yes you can choose to have the plugin active on specific pages 2. I’m afraid this feature doesn’t exist 3. The plugin hasn’t been tested with WPML yet

Hello, I just downloaded the plugin and I am having an issue with the select your birthday option. For some reason, it is showing 2 lines to select the date but the lower one is broken. I tried to solve this option through the settings in the plugin as well as through custom CSS. I need some extra assistance fixing this issue.

Hi if you mean you want to change the logo size at various breakpoints you could try adding something like this, and adjust the width value to something suitable.

However on mobile, the Logo is just not center on the screen – this is really frustrating.

Hi Jay, are you able to confirm if you’re still experiencing an alignment issue? I’ve had a look on various devices and the logo looks pretty centered to me. If you’re noticing that it’s marginally off center, perhaps the image ‘Logo-Age-Checker.png’ can be cropped slightly more on one side?

Hi there, sorry I’m afraid there isn’t the ability to switch between different languages at the moment. If you’re able to code, you could add some conditional statements to the the verify_template.php file so that it can output different text when it’s on the FR section of the site. I can let you know if something becomes available in a future update.

I just bought a second license for a second website. unfortunately the plugin does not work. Set it to appear on all pages of the website with the query (I don’t query age but some another confirmation from the visitor) – this worked fine on the first website – but on this one it doesn’t appear on any page of the site unfortunately. Please help.

Hi, we love your plugin. I just have one question. We need to have the age checker show up everytime a new session is open. For example, if I open a new tab and goto our website, the age checker should show up. As I’m going through the site we don’t want it to show, not even if we go back to the home page.
However, if we close the tab and open another tab and goto the website we want it to show again on the first visit.
How can we make that happen? There is only an option for days for cookies.
I know there are cookies that can auto delete when the browser window is closed. Is this something your plugin can do? Instead of allowing 1 whole day of access? In our industry we need it to show up every session but not every time the page is reloaded.
Hi there, I’ve just released a new update for this feature which is available for download now (Version 1.2.4).
If you set the cookie life to 0 it will expire at the end of the session (when the browser closes).
Opening a new page/tab won’t delete the cookie, however, if the browser is closed that will end the session and auto delete the cookie.
I render my WordPress website to static, does the age gate part require PHP or is it done by JavaScript?

Hi Fabio some other users reported a resetting issue too. Have you downloaded the latest version 1.2.3? This should resolve the issue.

Thanks for a great plugin! Is there any way to change the size of the box when the styling is set to a solid color, so that it doesn’t capture the entire screen?

Hello! I’m in need of some desperate help. I have tis plugin installed on a website that MUST have an age gate. I love the look of what the plugin produces, but everyday, it reverts back to the default and turns itself from active to inactive. It is incredibly frustrating!! Please help ASAP. I have several other projects in the works that I would like to use this plugin for. Thank you!
