Hello, We have purchased this plugin on our business account, and since I’m having problems with it I’m writing with my personal account instead. There is 2 problems we’re having:
- The default radius stays 0 even after changing the default value in the settings.
- Some listings have random links in them only on the map, not on the listings, and we can’t figure out where they’re coming from. We need our own links there and if there’s some random stranger links we can’t fix it. The links aren’t written in the CSV file either.

Not fully understand your question. If you do not want to translate categories and locations, then just use webmap shortcodes in the same way as you’ve used it in English, no action needed.

It would be better to make backups of the database and all plugin files before update. All your configurations, settings and data will be saved after update, you will not lose anything. Do not forget to clear cache of your site (if any caching system is used) and in the browser. Files modifications must follow customization instructions, in this case they will be saved during update. Your translated languages files must be saved in “wp-content/languages/plugins/” folder.
