Do you mean that the wheel will appear only once when a user reaches your site, and then the wheel will detect and not appear for this user in any browser? Please be as descriptive as possible.

You can use the conditional tag feature (In the Popup Tab). To not show the wheel, you can add the ”!” just front of the proper conditional tag.
For example, not show the wheel on the cart page: !is_cart()

Do you plan or it is hard to add another custom value to the prizes setting ( another column next to one of those label , value , probability ) in witch we can insert some custom html ( in my scenario some instructions) and to create a shortcode as those you have already have , so we can send the email to the winner with using all the scortcodes.
My scenario is the following. I have for every prize , custom instruction that the user need to follows in order to get the prize ( for example to go to some link, and some conditions that need to be respected in order to use the prize).
And another thing, when you import the email to MailChimp …it is possible to be added to some custom groups ( multiple ) that I have already in place?

2. Unfortunately, this plugin just does its function to collect subscribers and sync to Mailchimp. Grouping subscribers can be done in Mailchimp config.

how about the percentage of the rate? because sometime too easy also no good for admin… so maybe the spinner level will be high a bit

I want to know either this plugin can do like this:
first customer need to enter their name, email and phone number then they can spin it.
then they can has 2 to 3 opportunity to spin it, if after 3 times still didnt get anythings
then next time when want to spin again they need to contact customer services to add adjust their number of spin so they can spin one more time using same name and email address
here is the process that i want, by the way the custom field customer only enter their name and phone number? no email address?
