Yes the custom page has already translation but the issue is in my case when using html to format the text for user friendly view it does not translate the html code . The page is not being translated to other language even though other language page has the translated html code. Do I need to add anything else to make it work. I sent you a screenshot .

Hi Basti, I have problems with notifications to the admin, especially with inactive orders. I set up the template, checked the cron jobs and checked the sms and email logs. but they don’t work. can you tell me which code should i check or can i send you my login details?
I have a doubt! I changed the name and created new order status with my language. I saw that the storecontroller.php file run functions based on your order status (paid, pending, etc). can you tell me what are the order status that should not be changed and traslated to make the code work perfectly?

1. In the logs there are no outgoing sms and emails. I mean as admin i don’t get notifications when there are idle orders or sms when there are new orders.
2. I mean I changed the order status names. are there any names that should not be changed?
1. ok if there is no sms or email you need to check your template
in admin -> notification template -> RECEIPT_SEND_TO_MERCHANT
make sure its enabled and click on the pencil you need to set template if there is no template there will be no send sms or email

can I change the database charset from utf8 to utf8mb4? so that I can save emojis in the database

it is only in 1 table that I need to put characters with the utf8mb4 charset
so, if possible, I can add a parameter to the function within the ajaxadmin file
example:

Hi, can you please include delivery fee calculated by the weight of the food items? E.g $1 per kg and the delivery fee increase to $2 if they add to 1kg items to their cart. It would also be great to have a flat delivery fee then increases based on extra kg weight. E.g flat delivery fee of $5 then $1 per kg if total weight is more than 10kg.
In the meantime, is there a way we can achieve this?

Hi bro, I have a question, I found that when a customer orders with paypal v2 through the order app, he starts before making the payment this can cause cross problems for the customer because the db gives an order id but if the customer leaves the page this order remains suspended and dead there…
Is it possible to ensure that the paypal method can give final imput to the payment? or at least the order left but in the payment phase?

basically once customer place the order it will be saved in database so we have basis for there order
but once they did not continue the order it called abandoned orders and the status is initial_order
that means the customer did not push tru with the payment

commission = this means all payments will go to admin/website owner and the payment settings will be use is in admin panel
commission+invoice = same as membership and they will receive invoice that they need to pay to website owner
