I’m looking for something for my site will have people listed in the database on the site by me or anyone that wants to add information on that person if they know the individual. Other people that are viewing that wants to know about that person can pay to read the experience of that person that viewers free added their experiences with. Simply just doing a search by name and getting information on the person, that was free added by others. Can your software do this?

I’m currently creating a cafe website and I need a food menu plugin that displays the menu for the current day, plus next days of the week and the visitor can navigate with the arrows in the side.
Just like in this one: https://aprimavera.pt/ (open in Internet Explorer please) in the “Ementa” section.
This one allows the users (cafe owners) to insert the weekly menu (it’s different every day) separated by days of the week.
It’s a simple list, no reservation, no price, no purchase. It’s just need to be connect with some kind of calendar.
And before purchasing, I would like to know if your plugin meets these expectations.

After the v2 update for the plugin, it is able to import events by ID, or it can search them by venue ID or organizer ID. Because of this, it is able to automatically post if the venues publish new events.
Also yes, it is able to import content to custom post types and assign to them custom post taxonomies and custom post fields.

You can do this with some custom code from your part, the plugin is able to generate content to custom post types and assign custom post meta to them.
It will not do any custom layout.

You can use these shortcodes in the ‘Generated Post Content’ settings field from importing rule setting created by the plugin. You also do not need to add the do_shortcode part, just add the plain shortcode into this settings field.

Yes, the plugin is working with any available WordPress theme, so yes, it will work also with the “Music Club – Band Theme” WordPress template.
Regarding licenses, one license will work on a single website/domain. If you wish to use the plugin on multiple websites, you must purchase a new license for each of them. Also, you can get an ‘Extended License’ for the plugin – it costs 5x the price of the ‘Regular License’, but will work on an unlimited number of sites.

Yes, this is possible. You need to know the venue numeric ID.
I’m very interested in purchasing this plugin but before I do I have a question. I noticed when installed it seems to activate in the main page as the main blog page. is it possible to set it up on its own page separate from the main page? I want to setup a separate page dedicated to this plugin but not to be the main page? do you have instructions on how to do that?

I am not sure if I understand your question correctly.
But, if you wish to activate the plugin only on some parts of the blog pages, this is possible only by installing WordPress in a multisite install. Like this, you can activate and deactivate the plugin on each subsite, as you wish.

I am using Eventon to display events …. is there any way to map the imported EventBrite data to the fields that Eventon displays?

If Eventon is using custom fields to store this information, than yes, the plugin will be able to import data to these custom fields.
To do so, please go to plugin’s importing settings in the ‘Events Search’ plugin menu -> click ‘Settings’ for the rule you wish to edit -> enter in the ‘Post Custom Fields’ settings fields, the following:
custom_field_name1 => custom_field_value1
Where you must replace the custom_field_name1 with the slug of the custom field that holds the data (here you must check Eventon documentation, or ask their support). And custom_field_value1 can be any shortcode you would use in the ‘Generated Post Content’ settings field.
Detailed help for this feature:
Set the custom fields that will be set for generated posts. The syntax for this field is the following: custom_field_name1 => custom_field_value1, custom_field_name2 => custom_field_value2, ... . In custom_field_valueX, you can use shortcodes, same like in post content. Example (without quotes): 'title_custom_field => %%item_title%%'. hello, kindly note the plugin gives this error message : Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. Please update your PHP version to version 5.6 or greater. Right now you have PHP 5.5.35 how we can fix this plugin without changing the php version because our host godaddy dedicated server does not allow us to change the php version

Hi Szabi – I’ve definitely still got a problem here, unfortunately. I tried adding the update and reinstalling the plugin; I’m on version 1.02. Everything works fine with my token and setting in the API link that you sent. When I try the updated plugin I get unrelated events from other places. An example: looking for events based on keyword “gardening” in “Leicester, England, United Kingdom” searched in date order and within “5km”... The API link correctly returned one event (“Exploring Parks: Abbey Park Summer Walk”) while the plugin seems to retrieve a random set of music things (“Krave Saturdays” from Atlanta, USA; “ROOFTOP PARTY SATURDAY NIGHT” from Hudson, USA; “Chicago Food Truck Festival (Summer Festival)” from Chicago, USA… etc etc). These even seem unconnected to past searches I’ve tried.

I have a question regarding plugin behavior when I’m looking for events about RGPD (Ie GDPR in French).
The url https://www.eventbrite.com/d/france--france/rgpd/?q=RGPD&loc=France&date= returns 57 events.
But with your component and following parameters :
search query field : rgpd Event Location Address: Paris
the result is incomprehensible.
Could you please let me know if I use wrong parameters or if there is an issue with the plugin?

Please replace the YOUR_TOKEN_HERE from the URL with your ‘EventBrite ‘Personal OAuth Token’’
Also, please note that the plugin might be configured to skip posts, based on predefined posting restrictions -> ‘Main Settings’ -> ‘Skip Posts That Do Not Have Images’ -> ‘Skip Events Older Than a Selected Date’ – are you sure you are not using one of these?
