We are looking for a solution that supports the following use case, mainly to track if the users complete the assigned tasks.
- there will be an endless number of users fed into the system. - Each user when sent through the system is assigned a number of tasks. Each user will receive different tasks. - When the user completes a given task, he could mark it complete, pending the supervisor review. - The supervisor will receive an email notification. After reviewing the progress of the user, the supervisor can confirm if the task is complete or incomplete. - users who complete the tasks successfully can advance to the next assignment. - We will deploy an admin team who can update the user assignments, and pull reports on all users to show who is assigned what, and the progress of each user.

Yeah, you can set a Wordpress user Manager/Editor, or your custom role from the tasks manager’s “Manage users” section. Thanks!
can this mark a task complete after a user submits a form?
Yeah, you can change status(work as like tick mark) to the complate status so the task would appear with complate status. Sorry for the late reply.
I need something that can be used to track progress for user registrations – to register for a certain event the user may need to fill out a list of forms, so when they go to register, they will have their own checklist of tasks to complete. I don’t know if this plugin can be used that way or not.
ohh, right now it doesn’t support the form submission. The base system of this plugin is to manage different tasks for the particular projects with different team members.
A quick pre-sale enquiry: I want a login area/panel at the frontend for my clients to view and manage projects. Is that something this plugin can do?
Hi, you can assing client as an author/contributor(WP user role) and set manager role to manage the tasks/projects from the plugin user management. After that client would be able to view/manage the tasks with login WP site. Also, to manage plugin we don’t have front-end view. In front-end client can just see the project/task. If click on the specific task/project it will redirect to the WP logged in view.
Can i sort comment on a task from newest to oldest? to avoid having to scroll down a lot when there is a lot of old comments

Hi, thanks for your work with this plugin, it’s amazing. I have a question about the interface. I want to show a specific project with its tasks to a client, without that client seeing other projects, because I have different clients and I don’t want them to see the projects with each other. I thought of making a separate page for each client, but the short-codes do not allow me to show a specific project.
I also have a problem with user permissions when I assign a user rights – “Create, Read and Write – For Assigned” he does not see the assigned projects, but when I assign him “Developer / Assignee Access – For Assigned” he sees the assigned projects but cannot edit or add new projects / tasks. I want to see and edit the assigned project / tasks.
Hi Kiia, sorry for the late reply. The user you assigned for the “Developer / Assigne Access” – that user must have the “Contributor/Author/Editor” WP access. I mean the subscribers can not access some WP default tools, that’s the reason you need to change those user role to give minimum “Contributor” access. I hope you understand that.

So I have user “Test” which is Author WP Role and this user is Assigned to User Group from your plugin and this Group is with “Developer/Assignee Access – For Assigned” and still this user “Test” CANNOT edit or add a project or task to which is assigned. Since it is a wordpress plugin, users are the same. If I install a file management plugin, will they be able to live together? Right?
They are separate from each other, also I will suggest you to contact the plugin developer first about if that plugin(file management) will be live together or not.

Hi, 1). We don’t have admin option to modify existing feilds, you need to customize those from some developer works like renaming some files. 2). Currently we don’t have bulk import tasks but we have plan to add this feature. Thanks!
Is it possible to have a Read and Edit – For Assigned access type?
The reason I ask is that I would like to assign a task to a user group then I want a user to claim that task by unchecking the user group and then only adding themselves.

Yes, If I understand what you mean – you can do that giving read/write permission like assigning user with editor role.

Hi, I have a membership with the plugin WordPress site. My question is: If I install “Task Manager Pro”, is it compatible with other plugins for users?
Like, is it possible for my members who registered, NOT have to register again in “Task Manager Pro” but a “Task Manager Pro” User would be created and they would access it by just clicking a button inside their WordPress menu and login into “Task Manager Pro”. The second question: Do “Task Manager Pro” fully support the Arabic language?

Hi, in changelog 1.2.1 and 1.5.1 is mentioned “Added Media Upload Option on task/project” and “Added file attachment options on comment” but I cannot see in live demo. Can You confirm this options are available in last version of Your Task Manager Pro? I’d need to attach image file or insert media (image) in task comments. Thanks
