Hi there, I’ve a few questions…
This plugin has not been updated in almost 12 months. Why is that?
Where is the PDF generated? Is the data sent to your server, then you process/generate it on your side, or is everything generated on the server where the website is hosted?
I have a 4 page pdf. Can i take screenshots of a blank PDF and upload them as part of the template creation and then map the form fields to it?

Hello, i want to use this plugin to create a site where users can create their resume/cv.
So is it possible for users to fill gravity form and output their result in PDF which will show download PDF button on frontend for employer to download?
Obviously each user will be able to create their own resume/cv and displayed on their profile on the frontend.

Using our plugin you can create a PDF of the form while submitting it or you can create PDFs of all entries at once from the entries table of Gravity Forms. You can give the option to the user to download it or not. Hello, I bought Gravity Forms. With your addon, can I upload a document to compile with form entries in specific positions? I mean that I have to upload my document (jpg or pdf as a background) and put in specific positions all entries. Then generate a pdf compiled. Can I do with this plugin? Thank you

I purchase this plugin in 2020-03-30 and at that time i install in my domain yyyy
Now i want install in my domain xxxx because i discontinued this domain yyyy
When i try to Enter Purchase Code in this domain xxxx i receive the message “It seems, You are already using our plugin in yyyy”
The point is that I don’t use and I don’t even have access to the domain where this installation record appears.
I just want to install and use the plugin on the domain xxxx
How can we solve this?

Hello there,
I’m going to buy the wordpress plugin but I have a few questions.
I want a verification section before the customer fills the form.
If the verification is valid I want it to fill the form.
Example;
The customer has a gift code. The customer will enter the gift code in the textbox and if the code is valid, the form will open and then I will receive information such as the customer’s name and surname.
If this is possible I want to buy your plugin.

I tried the demo for WordPress Gravity Forms PDF, Excel, CSV & Google Sheet and put my correct email address in the form. The PDF that I downloaded looks good but I did not receive the PDF attachment via email. I didn’t receive an email. I have a question:
Can WordPress Gravity Forms PDF, Excel, CSV & Google Sheet be configured to only allow the user to access the PDF download and receive the PDF email attachment, only after sending a payment via PayPal using my Gravity Forms PayPal add-on?

MAJOR BUG: Lets say I have 3 List form fields in the gravity form. If one list entry is completed and the others are left empty….the other two entries automatically duplicate the only entry completed to the other two empty fields in the PDF. thats a major bug. if the entry field is blank, then it should be left blank in the PDF. https://prnt.sc/10fxzok

I have a few questions before I purchase your add-on.
Every time a new form is created through my website, Gravity Forms sends a copy to me and my client in text format. What I would like is to be able to receive that copy with all the data in an excel or PDF file.

It’s because of upload limit on your server so you need to set upload_max_filesize and post_max_size in your php.ini file. Ask from your hosting provider to increase both value to 70mb.

Once registered the purchase Code to an URL you can’t change it. So if you change the wordpress address you need to buy a new license. can’t agree with that policy..

No, you just have to remove the purchase code from the previous site using the Remove Purchase Code button in our plugin’s panel header. Once removed you can install it on another site whenever you want. The previous site don’t exist any longer, so no way on pressing the unregister button.
And in place of solving my problem you want me to renew my license on something basic like registration of the purchase code? that’s your way of customer service which i can’t recommend
Sorry but this thing requires our technical team support because of which you have to renew your license or you have to remove purchase code by re-activating your previous site.
see i did that already. I gave you the login credentials for my wp-admin. you couldn’t resolve the problem by removing the license after i contacted your support. all you told me was to renew the license.

Hi, but isn’t this option already in the gravity form? Download the entry manually in CSV? Sorry I thought I can include the Excel sheet as an attachment to the email automatically like the PDF. It was actually the only reason i bought this plugin. Can you please refund?
